It's a decent, highly costumizable RPG toolset for Anime-flavoured RPG. It can become a little dry and crunchy as it involves tables and more tables, and almost nothing but crunch, but was actually an interesting set of rules and I do want to try them out some time.

An excellent flexible low medium-low crunch Anime-themed effects based role-playing game, suitable for any setting with people with interesting powers. A lighter alternative to Big Eyes, Small Mouth.
