The Girl With The Auburn Hair
One night, he stays over, trying to calm her down and he falls asleep on her bed. In the morning, her father comes home and physically harms him, warning him to stay away from her. The boy goes home, heartbroken but hopeful that he will see her the next day.
After she fails to show up for a whole week, he gets a phone call from her father. He rushes to the hospital and sees her in a hospital bed, on life support. A few days later, he finds out that she tried to kill herself by slitting her wrists, after her father threatened her to stay away from him. He is forced to leave her hospital room and a few days later, he finds out that her parents remarried and that they took her off of life support.
