In the Key of Do

Rate this book
Do rockets into sixteen-year-old Vero's life and, with her larger-than-life personality, electrifies Vero in a way Vero never imagined possible. The two become fast and best friends. The day the pair are about to launch a great adventure to find Vero's mysteriously disappeared father, Do herself vanishes. Not content to give up on her friend, Vero sets out to find her. Carole Frechette's account of the friendship and estrangement of two teenaged girls explores the fragility and the staying power of friendship, loyalty, and love.

I don't like Dolores and I don't like her father. I don't understand what Vero sees in Dolores but then again I kind of do. I didn't really like this book and I didn't want to finish it but i figured I might since it's not very long.

I didn't find this very interesting at all. It's quite dull.
