It's ok. A few new concepts or ideas, but not a ton. Good book to go through for a couple or a group.

Jackie Bledsoe dose a wonderful job of expressing the spiritual aspect of marriage along with the practical. I found this to be a refreshing read would recommend it to any Pastor to have in his marriage and family section of his library.

Had some practical date night ideas, although the guy is Christian, it wasn't really that biblical other than reiterating prayer together and for one another. Much of the information is derived solely from his marriage experiences.
