"Keep in mind that I don't plan on losing."
The cover exposes me too much.
I expected something better.
But I have to admit that getting to know the backstage of a reality show was kind of interesting.

The flow is natural and amazingly sexy. Every word is written with intention and pulls you further into the moment. You feel like a voyeur reading and loving every minute. I really enjoyed this book. It was very interesting and kept drawing me back to it every time I put it down. The writer does a wonderful job with the characters, you fall in love with them. Very well written. Highly recommend

This was a cute book but could have been better. The biggest issue I had was the relationship between Colt and Viv was all about sex, although they talked about how they really connected the first time they met. Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience any of that jus tthem discussing the memory of it. So when we did see the characters interact it was primarly based on sex. For instance, her almost having sex with him in the parking lot the first time they meet again. I also didn't really understand why she couldn't tell him the truth about why she was on the show when she shared everything else with him. It just didn't seem to be realistic, but more of a contrived reason for conflict.

When I first picked up this book, I thought that it was going to be a quick and easy read. After reading it, I think it the story line didn't have enough to really hold my attention. I would've loved to have seen the author dive more into the relationships between the characters. Also, Val seemed kinda flakey to me at times. I liked Colt but sometimes he was just not genuine enough. It was a fast read but I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I was going to. Felt like the author just wanted to give us tons of steamy scenes but not much other material.

I enjoyed this book. I found the story cute and kept pace very well. I wanted to continuously shout at Valentina to tell Colt already about her secrets!!! The sex scenes were somewhat heavy and I applaud the author for braving that. It was a delightful story.

Valentina has to step in & participate in a dating show at the last minute in order to save her & many other people’s jobs. One of the bachelors is Colt. She already knows him from a steamy one night stand they had six months ago.
It’s a bit much that right after filming the first show he gets her off in the parking lot of the production studio... It seems so unrealistic. It would have been better if he had followed her in his car to a secluded beach where she had gone to think or something. However, this is the basis for the problem that will be following Valentina (& eventually Colt) in the rest of the story.
On their first official TV date, she suggests they become friends with benefits for the duration of the show. However, feelings become involved, there are secrets, as well as a twist to the show they are participating in...
Towards the end, when Colt became possessive of her because she was in a bikini, he kind of ruined the image I had of him in my mind.
This was a nice, quick story.

Enjoyed it every second. "No regrets" reading this book.
The story is about two people who found a spark in their relationship and went on to great limits to explore their chemistry.
Drama, thrill, suspense, romance and a lot of sex is there in the story. Not a single bit of the book is boring or something of that sort.
Very engaging and well written. Main characters are very relatable.

I didn't really like the characters; they seemed immature to me. And the writing was only so-so, with a few editing issues. (someone "walked passed" one of the characters, for one.) Following my book reading resolution, if I'm just not into the book, I'm not going to force myself to continue unless I want to write a completely scathing review because the book pisses me off so much.

This book in no way changed my life but it was a straight forward romance and gave me what needed when I needed it, it filled a gap while I figured out what my next series is, a cute story with a straight forward plot but the end was rushed which ruined it a little for me. The likely hood of me reading the rest of the series is extremely low

Good writing, will hold your attention from start to finish. Val and Colt had a tumultuous start, but you will have to read the book to see the finish. Hot sex and quirky twists and turns. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.
