Destiny met the man of her dreams online but little did she know he was serving time in prison. After a few weeks of talking she fell head over heels in love with him. One day she got a knock on the door and was arrested herself. While sitting in the jail cell she didn't know how long she would be there. Then after being brought into general population she realizes that she will be there for awhile, so she begins to write her soul mate kites.
Kites is a prison slang word for letters. These kites were therapy to Destiny as she went through the hardest days of her life. Never in a million years did she expect to feel her soul mates pain literally. She herself is in the belly of the beast and quickly realizes without communication with the outside world can cause one to go crazy. Will she end up in the Psych ward or keep her sanity by writing kites to a man she knows little about?

I really felt the pain and emotional journey in this day by day journaling from a person who went through ALL the emotional and spiritual break down on her whole world as she suffers in jail for a mistake on the LEGAL system's performance of NOT "doing their job" ... The people who made the mistakes that leads to a complete shock and nightmare on not JUST the inmates family,children, and the man she loves, BUT THAT mistake took her job & her place to live for all she knows. The people who made this mistake of course, have zero reprimand for the major mess they have caused to MORE THEN just ONE person's life !!! This is ONLY ONE PERSON'S EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE EXACT SAME PARISH JAIL... UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT SURPRISED BY HOW MUCH IS GOING ON IN WHAT BECAME HER DAY TO DAY LIFE, BECAUSE IT HAPPENS MUCH TO OFTEN AND I HAVE BEEN THERE MYSELF. Her KING kept her sane ,EVEN IF IT WAS JUST A JOCE FA HIM.... EVEN IF IT IS WAS JUST A JOCE FA HER.... IT KEEPS HER GOING & TO ME....
