Inaccurate information

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I felt it necessary to do so in this case. The "book" had issues in the writing, which was bad enough on its own, but the thing that upset me was all of the inaccurate information. Clearly, this author did not understand fibromyalgia or much of the research they read (or skimmed). Please don't base your fibromyalgia knowledge on things from this book. There are other more accurate books on the topic out there. Though I'm sad to say, also many more like this one.

This book explains this illness so well. I learned more from reading this than I did from either of my doctors.

more of a gluten free, lessen or do not touch foods with some good info scattered here and there. Not what i was expecting. Had recipes but they didn't even sound tempting

Too basic for people with any knowledge of fibromyalgia and too advanced for new diagnosis. Reader (AI) is terrible.
