Disclosure: I do not like books that are told via newspaper/magazine clippings, transcripts of radio/TV shows, etc, and this is one. There is WAY too much extraneous information imparted. "But", I hear you say, "isn't that the point, to winnow out the meaningful from the meaningless?" Yes, normally, but in this type of book, often there one must read bunches of these bits to get anything meaningful. I have to force my way through them, and I realized some decades ago that very few things I had to force myself to read were worth the time.
