The Billionaire's Pet

Rate this book
As far as twenty-seven-year old Ellie Jones is concerned, she is not only the youngest CEO in her company’s history, she’s also the best. So when Daniel Treville—one of the richest men in America—purchases the company and wants to lead it in a new direction, Ellie is not about to give up power without a fight.

Daniel is not a man to be trifled with, however, and when she defies him Ellie quickly finds herself pulled over the handsome billionaire’s knee for a painful, humiliating bare-bottom spanking. Yet despite her outrage and embarrassment, Daniel’s firm chastisement leaves her unbelievably aroused, and when he takes her long and hard on her own desk it is by far the hottest thing she has ever experienced.

But Daniel has much more than just a good, hard spanking planned for Ellie. He has it in mind to own not just her company, but her as well. She will remain CEO, but she will also have a new role as his sexy, submissive pet, and soon enough Ellie finds herself naked except for a tail in her bright red, well-spanked bottom, being taught to please her new master properly.

Though she cannot deny the fact that Daniel’s dominance sets her ablaze with desire, Ellie still has a thing or two up her sleeve, and he will have to work hard to keep her in line. But when she takes her defiance too far and ends up in over her head, will she end up losing Daniel forever?

Publisher’s Note: The Billionaire’s Pet is an erotic romance novel that contains spankings, sexual scenes, pet play, pony play, anal play, elements of BDSM, and more. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

I get that Ellie was controlling, but Daniel deliberately humiliated her in her place of work. I would never have forgiven him, if I were her. And in the 21st century, there's not enough suspension of disbelief in the world that someone can get away with this kind of behavior in a professional setting anymore.

Ok hear me out... so while this is a smut book essentially through and through, as like all of the Loki Renard books I’ve read, at the heart of it there is a story about true love, self discovery and overcoming obstacles.

Ellie is a CEO of a corporation but her tactics are ruthless at mostly at the expense of the health of the population. She doesn’t care as long as she makes money for the company. She’s never really made time for herself or anything other than her job. She sees her value in her role.

So Daniel comes in and shakes things up a bit.

I can see this whole premise being done without the cruel treatment of the heroine which is why I gave it a 3 out of 5.

I loved the way Daniel treated her in the end and it made me swoon so hard. But the other stuff... ugh I just can’t. I can suspend my own personal feelings a lot while reading. I’m personally not into a lot of the stuff I read but this was eh, like I’m not into being called a pet. But I get that it was his own way of showing affection. It’s not as though he personally attacked Ellie singling her out as a pet, it’s just kind of his sick ass way of showing he cares lol That’s a very brief explanation of why I justify loving this lol

It actually ends up being so fucking sweet you’ll have to just trust that and read for yourself if you can tolerate the other things. But honestly, some of those popular “bully” themed books are way worse as far as the way a man treats a woman.

I love how there’s a deeper meaning too. I’ll always read a contemporary titles from this author that’s not Sifi/paranormal. Loki is an amazing author!

Wow, what a story! Ellie is a strong woman and full of sass but she really pulled at my heartstrings and her disclosure at the end had me in tears. Daniel is pure alpha and together they sizzle. Great romance with a whole lotta steam!! I received this book from Stormy Night Publications as an Advanced Reader Copy.

3.5 different star read

This book was a bit different from the norm and I like how my feed is brining up slightly new book ideas. I felt a bit like the h in those books…not quite sure how to take the ßdsm style the H employed. It was a new to me kïnk and I wasn’t all that sure I liked it.
The storyline was fun, a bit broad and had loose ends and a feeling that we could have had an epilogue as it felt unfinished but otherwise what we got was pretty darn good!
All in all this was an entertaining read and fulfilled the purpose of reading, it allowed me to go off in fantasy land!

I loved the themes of self exploration and vulnerability that were portrayed through Ellie's submission to Daniel, especially at the end. I just thought the spanking scenes were a bit repetitive. Overall it was pretty good!

Entertaining

This book was really entertaining. I loved Ellie's quick wit! It was a afternoon read full of laughter . Wished there was an epilogue of 5 years down the road. Thoroughly enjoyed this book!

Human or Animal?

Ellie Jones is a 27 year old successful COE of a corporation. Daniel Tre ville, a billionaire, arrives at her office saying he has bought the majority of her company's stock and owns her company. He gives her orders for her company's new business direction which Ellie rejects. The result is a spanking.. Ellie becomes disrespectful and is spanked again which become increasingly sexually arousing and lead to sexual behaviors. Ellie is drawn to the man's physique and handsomeness. She had been asexual for so.e time and enjoyed her orgasms, but rejected his control and making her a horse as his pet. She attempts to sabotage his direction before her company directors and ends up being fired. She flees the country to further avoid Daniel. He eventually finds her in France, brings her home to the USA, discover their need and love for each other, and Ellie becomes his. Great story which is at times very angry provoking. Ellie was being abused with negative reinforcement.

Very boring

I did not enjoy it. Couldn't even talk myself into first finishing it. I believe it was very debasing to the female sex. Not good hot sex. Almost juvenile. Not interested.
