Remember When is the third book in the Teach Me series, but can be enjoyed as a full-length, standalone romance.
The third installment of RC Boldt’s Teach Me series returns with two people who once had it all…
Over a decade ago, fourth grade teacher Tate Donnelly was attending college with the love of her life by her side. She had been certain, even then, that it was the forever kind of love. But she was proven wrong when he left her all alone to pick up the pieces of her life—and heart—when her entire world imploded.
Former Navy SEAL Miller Vaughn once had the love of a girl he thought would be his, and be by his side forever. Unfortunately, that only lasted until after he joined the Navy. Then she vanished, never to be heard from again. Throwing himself into his training, he vowed to become the best, toughest SEAL he could be, and never let a girl get the best of him again.
Years later, a man who resembles a boy she once knew reappears in her life. A boy she had loved with her whole being. A boy who had eviscerated her heart.
Though much time has passed, Tate and Miller still feel that same “pull” they did years ago. When truths about the past are revealed, will they both be able to move on from their painful past … or are they destined for heartbreak again?
Can they remember when their love was the most important thing in their world?
The Teach Me Series is said to be similar to the former TV show, Friends, with strong emphasis on friendships, fun banter and silliness but with a definite steamy factor added to the mix.
RC Boldt is a USA Today bestselling author currently living in part of the Costa Rican jungle with the love of her life and her mini-me. If you're in the mood for some killer homemade mojitos or can't recall the lyrics to a particular 80's song, she's your girl.
Listen, I have been enjoying the crap out of this series. They are all so smartly written with engaging dialogue and heaps of laugh out loud moments. But THIS. BOOK.
It’s it for me.
This is the one. It might be premature to call it my favorite of the series (since the series is not yet complete), but right now—it’s absolutely my favorite.
I mean, you had me at wounded former Navy SEAL. The fact that it’s an emotional second-chance romance and also features a strong, adorable, plucky former high school sweetheart? Game over, you guys. I never even stood a chance.
If this is the first book you’ve picked up in the series, it might be a little confusing. I mean, it’s a standalone, and I think it works well as a standalone, but there are a lot of characters to sort out—most of whom have been introduced at one point or another over the course of the series. I adore each and every one of them. I love the friendships, I love the banter, I love the heckling, and most of all, I love that underneath all their silly antics, there is a genuine, heartfelt friendship that, in this book in particular, I found so touching.
Tate and Miller’s story was powerful. It packed a bigger emotional punch for me than the previous books in the series did. It’s a little heavier, and it was so beautifully written—I was pulled in immediately. All that emotional power is balanced out by these quirky, fun moments of hilarity and some hearty bursts of steam (prepare yourself for that steam because, whoa). Remember When is the whole package; it’s everything I love about reading and it left me hungry for even more. ~ Shelly, 5 stars
2.75 stars Well, this one was a bit better than the previous two, but evil ol’ me wasn’t quite happy. The MCs dated in high school then 1st year of college. He walked away to become a SEAL and her letters never reached him. Both thought the one had left/abandoned the other. Then they met again. And here comes my 1st struggle: if I counted correct (coz I read 2 previous books and these MCs met in the 1st one) they waited 1 to 1.5 years to talk/clear the situation/come together again etc. *I smell strong feelings* After they spoke and again thanks to their friends!!! *applause* *gag* came back together he had his doubts. Since I’m apparently a cold hearted annoying woman, I didn’t understand the drama… let it be my problem. Ok, back to the story - he thought of a great gesture and with the help of …..Yeah!!!!.... their friends he reproduced their young years in a sort of a stage play. I liked the idea, but he also included the part where he struggled so much and couldn’t forget her, that he slept only with women who looked like the h…
Tate and Miller. *Sigh* They dated in high school and college until Miller enlisted in the Navy. They planned on being together forever. Tate wrote letters to him that kept getting returned and she never knew why. Miller wondered where the letters from her were and came to the conclusion that she lied when she said she'd wait for him.
Fast forward ten years and they've crossed paths again. Things are strained between them, so strained that they make their friends uncomfortable. They finally call a truce and things start to heat up between them again. Will they pick up where they left off? Or will they let past hurts keep them from getting what they really want? You need to read to find out ;)
I liked this, but I have to say that it took a while to sort out all the characters. There were a ton of them, or so it seemed. Sometimes they felt a bit immature, not like they were in their early 30s. And the guys were borderline irritating with their "love you man, no you love me more" stuff. But with all the friendly antics, I have to say those antics came together for the end - it blew me out of the water! I cried. It was PERFECT!!!

I had been anticipating this story after seeing hints of it in Hard to Handle (book 2).
Miller and Tate had the ultimate high school sweetheart love story, he approached her to be his date for prom and she couldn't believe he was interested in her. It took a while to earn her trust but when he did it was the most wonderful thing. The dated through high school and college. They planned to be together and love each other forever.
Everything changed when Miller joined the navy to become a SEAL. Their promises to keep in touch were severed when letters were either unanswered or returned. Obviously the promise of forever was a false one, the distance grew even more
Ten years later and their paths cross again. Miller is now in Tate's circle of friends and she is not very happy about it. This is the man that broke her heart 10 years ago and he has no idea what she has been through without him in her life. She will never forgive him. Miller feels the same way about Tate. She wasn't there for him when he need her most, despite her promise to always be there and love him always.
Despite all this hurt and animosity, there is no denying that these two still have strong feelings for each other. So what the heck happened?
Secrets are revealed and truths are spoken which surprise them both. The question is can they overcome all of this and realise that they are still meant for each other?
I am all about second chance love stories so I really enjoyed getting caught up in Miller & Tate's story. Another great read from this group of friends who seem to grow on me with each book.
I love each book in this series more than the last and look forward to every new story, and this one was no exception. It was a beautiful, heartbreaking, amazing story I didn't know I needed but was very happy to have found. I could not put it down. With every word and every page I fell harder for Tate and Miller and this lovable band of goofball friends.
My Thoughts When we met Tate and Miller in the other books you could tell there was a story there, but both were tight lipped about it. From their interactions you could tell it was big and it ended badly. All of these things together made me super excited for this book to see how it all unfolded and get into these character's hearts and heads.
I have loved Tate from her first appearance in this series, and in finally getting to read her story made me love her and this group even more. Miller and Tate had a rocky road and a beautiful love with a tragic and heart breaking end. Neither quite knew how to move on or if they wanted to. I am usually not a fan of sad, heartbreaking tales, but this one was so well done and so beautiful that I could not put it down. I always want more of this crew and am so excited for the next book in the series. I highly recommend this book and all of RC Boldt's books.

Three books in and I can happily lay claim over this third and latest book as my favorite! It was angsty but not bordering on the hysterically dramatic so and it had humor but nothing over-the-top. I really liked how the author let the story play out in a more realistic manner rather than speed through with a reconciliation simply based on Tate and Miller still loving one another. That doesn't mean, though, that it was this convoluted thing that dragged out. If anything, I didn't realize how quickly I was able to finish the book, considering this was three hundred pages long, but that's what happens when the story is well-written and engages you throughout. There were many moments of hesitation and doubt for these two, and that air of vulnerability made it easy to not just empathize with them but to give credence to the hurt they carried for over a decade. Tate and Miller were a great couple and the cast of supporting characters were a hoot when they were hanging out, but they were also the best support system these two could have had. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series, thanks to Remember When being a five-star read. ♥
Another hit in the Teach Me series and probably my favorite to date. Smart, sexy, fun, sweet and lots of temptation, this book made me smile and definitely hit all my good vibe buttons. This is a fairly new author for me, only having read the previous books in this series by her. R.C. Boldt gave me a romance that captivated and entertained me from the start.
Diving into this amazing and powerful love story, Remember When takes us on a journey that shows us life gives us exactly what we need and sometimes it surprises us by throwing a second chance our way. In this book, you will meet Tate and Miller. You will swoon. You will smile. You will get the feels. You will laugh. And you will definitely fall in love.
This is Tate and Miller's story. They had an epic love until it all fell apart. Hearts were broken, souls were shattered, and lives moved on. Now, their paths have crossed again and they are in each other's lives. Can these two find a way to reconcile the past so they have a chance at a future? Fall for Tate and Miller as they find their own happy ending.
Tate’s friends are finding love and she is feeling odd girl out, looking for her other half, which she thought she found years ago only to have it walk away. Her heart still belongs to the one that she thinks walked away.
Miller thought he left his one true love in the past years ago, till he walks into his friend’s Mom’s house and finds the one who broke his heart. Even though he thought he left her behind his heart and the chemistry is still there and is pulling them together once again. But secrets that have been kept from them both that took place in the past to break them apart may or may not bring them back together again.
The banter, chemistry and pull that take’s place in this book has you turning the pages to see where Tate and Miller will end up. This is the 3rd book in this series and loved it just as much as the first two. The whole gang is back and a few new ones have joined the mix to make this a fun, romantic read.
This time the story focuses on Tate and Miller. Tate and Miller have a history and they fell in love and thought they would be together forever, but everything fell apart when he joined the Navy. Now he is back and it clear that there are still feelings between the two of them. Can Tate ever find it in herself to trust Miller again? Will Miller be able to win Tate over?
This a a second chance romance story. There is great chemistry between Miller and Tate, this was a little more slow burn then previous books but still I loved how they slowly got to know each other again and nothing was rushed. it's very well written and it has a good pace. I really felt I got to know the characters more and they was some great funny moments thrown in. The rest of the gang also feature a lot in the book so you get to catch up with them all.
Overall a great feel good read that I would highly recommend.
* I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
This was my first book by Ms. Boldt. I found the writing style and sense of humor throughout to be refreshing and unique. The story sucks you in right away… Lost love, misunderstandings, and hostility to rival a Shakespearian couple. But it’s a romance, so you know there’s a light at the end of that dark, and highly irritated tunnel and the author makes sure you have a good time getting there.
Not having read the first two books in the series, I was a little confused at the start. There were also so many characters and, as this group of friends were introduced, at times their dialogue seemed to blend into one voice. However, I’m sure that that was more on account of my own lack of experience with the storyline than any fault of the author.
Overall, I have to give it a 4. I enjoyed watching the frustrations of the characters, the comic misunderstandings that pushed people away from each other and eventually pushed them back together again. There was also careful plotting for the future, and we can look forward to more teachers in love.
I totally loved Raine and Mac. Didn't think I'd like Laney and Zach, but of course ended up loving them. Their story held pieces I could relate to more than anything. But Miller and Tate? OMG. Second chances and first loves are my weakness. Nothing ruins my life more than one that's written terribly. But this? RC Boldt has written probably the best second chance story I've read. It seemed like it took forever for Tate and Miller to finally talk, but that was so the reader could be sucker punched (in a good way). Geez, the feels!
I love characters I can relate to, and these hit pretty close to home for me. I'm going to cry when RC finishes this series. I'm sad that I finished Remember When, and I bawled through the author note. I'm normally not that sappy. :) But hey--I love my hubby too, and I think I'll go tell him that right now.
I loved Tate and Miller's story. It was probably the most believable I've read in a while, because who doesn't have that “what-if” first love story? Add that underlying wonder at what would happen if you ran into each other, both single, a decade later and you've got a wonderful book.
I can not wait to see if Foster & Noelle and Lawson & Langley will end up together or if their differences will be too much. Who will Pearce, Doc and Kane going to end up with, I wonder?
As a poorly edited book can take away from the reading experience, I am glad to say that this book has very few errors. This made me so happy!
Never once have I been let down by anything RC Boldt has written. This was no exception. I love these characters so much, I'm not sure what I'll do when the series ends. I always find a piece of myself in each book, whether it's what the characters are going through or how they respond to any given situation. She has the perfect balance of steam, comedy and heart ache in every book.
Tate Donnelly (social study teacher) & Miller Vaughn (Foster's buddy and employee). They were high school sweetheart. Then Miller join navy because his close cousin Marcus died in Iraq. Tate keep on getting returned letters so she went to see Miller's mom. A decade later, Miller joined their group. Pearce Hadley new addition in their school. (PJ - pararescue jumper, titanium right leg). There's a frog tattoo with TED initial on Miller's chest. Langley Ford another former PJ hired by foster. Tate and Pearce kissed but they agreed to be platonic. Miller stopped by and checked her wetness before she kicked him out. Tsk3. 3 weeks later, when Zach proposed to Laney, they were bombarded by Laney words to Zach "Don't you know you're it for me?". So zach kissed her and Pearce interuppted them. November 12th. The day Tate got heartbroken by the news of her parent's accident. So every year, their group will send food to cheer Tate up. So Miller brought Tate's fav icecream. She ended crying and told her about 12th Nov. He could not believe that his mom hides thing from him so Tate shove the box of her letters to and kicked him out. His mom fly out to tell him that she is dying of cancer and apologize for sabotaging their relationship. Blehh. It felt so rush when they started having sex again. And when Tate bravely asked where their relationshop is going, he became a coward of losing her. So a week after, with the help of the guys they presented a play of Tate and Miller love story. Urghhhh. Not my forte.

As always I enjoy the group of friends banter and joking with one another. Tate and Miller have a past and both thought one left the other after someone selfishly meddled. I thought their story was ok. Mostly because if they had actually confronted one another and hashed it out after running into each other, not seeing or hearing from one another for years, it would have saved a lot of heartache. Also, there's a discrepency that bothered me when Tate went to go visit Cassie near the end of the book. Cassie's husband is named Mark on page 286, but then his name became Ben on page 298.. unless Cassie is married to 2 different men somehow. I'm a stickler for inconsistencies with names and descriptions of characters.
The ending kind of annoyed me too. Just an unnecessary drama at the very last end in my opinion.
Had really hoped that this one would be amazing - although I was looking forward to Tate and Millers story, I felt it didnt meet the hype I was hoping for.
Tate was a push over, she gave in without a fight every time. and as for Miller, he was great, but there connection seemed a little broken at times.
Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed it, but it was just ok. LOVED the bond they share with there friends

What I love about this series is the sister brotherhood portrayed...as a Navy veteran, I miss this everyday but as RC Boldt writes within these pages, even if I’m no longer serving it is always there. The love, both lovers and family, in these books gets me every time because that is pure love.
Tate Donnelly and Miller Vaughan were an amazing second chance at love. There story packs a punch, and It keeps on Punching. Once again I arrived home when I cracked open this book. This group of friends never cease to amaze me. The way they are always there for one another. They have the biggest hearts and souls, ever.
The chemistry in this book was panty melting. We first met these two in the previous two books of the Teach Me Series and I had no doubt their story was gonna rock our hearts. With the way these two were against each other, I had no doubt. The love in this book is beautiful.
What a story!!!!! I couldn't get enough of Tate and Miller. It's been known for a while now that these two have a history, but WOW! I loved finally getting their story. Figuring out why they went their separate ways so long ago. And watching them both figure out that they were still in love with each other....even after all these years. Sexy, flirty, fun, funny, well written story! LOVED IT!!!!
What Worked For Me: I have never read RC Boldt before but after reading Remember When, I will definitely check out more books by her. Remember When is book 3 in the Teach Me series and while it can be read as a stand alone, I think more enjoyment would be had out of it if I had read the previous 2 books in the series. Don’t let that fool you, however. This was a very sweet and romantic book that absolutely tore at my heart over and over again. Tate has never fully healed from her perceived “abandonment” by Miller, her high school boyfriend and the love of her life. He joined the Navy and Tate never hears from him again. Ten years later, their lives are now entwined closely as their friends are all “family” and there is no escaping one another. Miller, for his part, feels like he was the injured party. To him, Tate left him for greener pastures when he joined the Navy and never looked back. But things are not what they seem and with the help of their friends (who I absolutely ADORE) Tate and Miller find that there may be a second chance for them after all this time. It is very, very clear from the beginning of the book that, despite the bickering and hostility, they both have some pretty strong feelings for each other. Some of the things they say to each other have me cringing but you can see through all this and realize these two are fighting a losing battle. They have some pretty great chemistry and while this book has some awesome bedroom scenes, this story is about more than that. It’s about forgiveness and moving on and finding it in yourself to reach for whatever happiness you can, while you still have the chance to do it. Tate and Miller shine together. I’m a sucker for long-lost love reconciliation stories and this book is perfect if you are in the mood for that type of romance. And when the truth of all that happened in their past comes to light….I lost it. I was so heartbroken for both of them, but most especially Tate, who lost so much in the blink of an eye. It made reading their journey to healing and forgiveness even more meaningful, no matter how bumpy it got at times. There are plenty of laughs to be had….some that had me in stitches quite honestly! Really, this group of friends is hilarious! I feel like I’m watching a sitcom….one that I very much want to be a part of!!!! I can’t wait to read the next story in this series.
What Didn’t Work For Me: Since I didn’t read books 1 or 2, I got kind of confused when stories of the other friends in this group romances were brought up. There were remarks made that I know had to involve those other books so I was left scratching my head, feeling like I missed the “inside” joke. It was also obvious at the beginning that these two had scenes with each other in the previous book (or books) and I feel like I missed out on that. I think those early interactions would have made this book even more meaningful to me. At times I felt like I was tossed into the deep end of the pool and I don’t know how to swim very well.
Would I Recommend This Book: Yes, to my romance loving readers who love sweet romances with lots of laughter and good friends. Also, HIGHLY recommend this book to my reader friends who love first love reconciliation romance stories. This one will knock your socks off!!!!
Title: Remember When Author: R.C. Boldt Genre: Contemporary Romance Series or Standalone: Series (Teach Me #3) Rating: ★★★★★
Review
After reading the first two books in this series and seeing the interactions between Tate and Miller, I was eagerly awaiting this book and now after having finished it, I can say that the author AND the characters did not disappoint.
I think one of the things I enjoy most about this series is the family feel at the core of it. As each couple meets and falls in love (or like this one, falls in love all over again) they’re not doing it alone. They’re doing it with the friends by their side cheering them on. Adding humor to what could be some seriously heavy stuff if left to its own devices and making the reader (in this case, me) fall in love with them all at the same time.
Tate and Miller have history. A pretty heavy one you find out as you go along. A bonus as the story unfolding being that history being detailed out in emotionally driven letters sent between the two. Making the reader feel even more than they already were reading about how everything went down and how they came to be so estranged. Angry and distant and cold with one another in the here and now.
There was a slow burn here for these two, in terms of acting on what has always been there just buzzing under the surface of their interactions. The love that still remained there. When it explodes, though, it does so in spectacular fashion. Intensity to the max, emotion to the max and passion. Good lord the passion between these two.
It’s prevalent with the other couples in the series as well, but there was just something even more potent with these two that just sent it through the roof.
I loved these characters apart and I loved them together. Sure, a lot of their issues could have been resolved rather quickly if they’d just stopped being afraid to confront it and running from one another, attempting to make everyone (and themselves) believe the feelings weren’t still there and just owned it right from the get go. But I believe if they had, their story wouldn’t have had the impact that it did. The pull to my heart that it had.
R.C. Boldt, you have done it again. Written an emotionally impactful, funny as hell, but also very, very moving love story complete with just the right level of steam to make it all come together beautifully. Now bring on Lawson….and hopefully Foster next (I’m seriously dying inside for his book too!)
My thanks to the author and all others involved in letting me read this story before its official release into the world. Tate and Miller’s journey is one that I am so blessed to have been a part of. Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us next!
R.C. Boldt is fast becoming one of my favourite authors. Remember When is the third book in the Teach Me series, and I swear, the characters become even more lovable with every book! The playfulness between this group of friends is hilarious, and I find myself wishing I had some people like this in my life. I think everyone needs a Lawson!
In this particular story, we find out what actually went down between Tate and Miller to make them behave the way they do. They've been exchanging barbs and creating an uneasy atmosphere for their friends. After one such incident, they are both approached by friends and told they need to sort it out for the sake of the others. This truce sets the wheels in motion, and slowly, we get to see glimpses of their past and how they felt. The love here is real.
Each time, I think "This is my favourite of the series", and again, I'm feeling like this is my new favourite. I can't get enough of them! To be honest, it'll be a little sad for this series to end. I've loved getting to know each one a little more each time, and watching them find their love. And with that, seeing the love that this group of friends has for each other as well. I love that these big burly men have a softer side, and are quite happy to call each other "love muffin" or any other endearing name they see fit.
Highly recommend this book and this author! Believe me, you'll want to read each one in this series. They're almost like an addiction. I just want more!
Blurb The third installment of RC Boldt’s Teach Me series returns with two people who once had it all…
Over a decade ago, fourth grade teacher Tate Donnelly was attending college with the love of her life by her side.
I thoroughly enjoyed the first book in this series "Wildest Dreams", but I have got to say this book is phenomenal and I loved "Remember When". The teach me series is quickly becoming a must read for me, with each additional installment.
We first met Tate and Miller in "Wildest Dreams" have a complicated relationship and are completely hostile to each other. They both feel betrayed and hurt from their relationship as high school/college sweethearts, but neither really knows why their relationship fell apart and their communication broke down.
Tate and Miller have a second chance at romance, but they are both so stubborn, they have the choice to forgive the hurts of the past to find their happiness.
I couldn't put this book down, once i began. It had everything you want in a good romance with the addition of laughter, tears and a few awww moments. Tate and Miller have a serious connection and chemistry that is off the charts, that mixed with the banter between the characters keeps you thoroughly absorbed and enthralled with this story. This book has a few twists and turns but underlying it all, the book is all about second chances, forgiveness, love, laughter and friendship. I really enjoyed how this book is told from a dual point of view and we are shown how their feelings evolve throughout the book from both a masculine and feminine point of view.
The whole group of friends are once again included in this book and their stories are not only incorporated, but continued. I love their closeness, the camaraderie that they all share, the way in which they give each other constant grief, but also have each other's back when they are needed most.
Lawson, I just love this character so much. His one liners and his quirky personality had me chortling in laughter. I really can't wait for the next book, to see him meet his match.
I look forward to reading more from this fabulous author.
Tate Donnelly is being to feel like the odd ball out. Her friends are finding love and she couldn't be happy for them, but she wishes she could find her other half. The only problem is that she gave her heart away years ago and he still holds her heart, even after the heartbreak she's been through.
Miller Vaughn never expected to see the one person that broke his heart when he walked into Mamma K's house. Her beauty still takes his breath away, but moving past the hurt is harder than expected even after all these years. If being around her is the price to pay to do his job, a job he loves, and surrounded by his friends, then so be it.
In order to keep their friends from being uncomfortable, they call a truce. But the more time they spend together, the harder it gets to fight the undeniable feelings they still have. So can they move past the hurt and reach for the future? Or will their past continue to haunt them, not letting them see what could be?
This book is about second chances, forgiveness, new hope, and unforgettable love. It's full of love, laughter and amazing friends that will be there for you in the good times and bad.
I enjoyed getting to know the background between Miller and Tate. You see them fall in love at a young age, feel their hurt at the breakup of their relationship, coming together again and learning to love again.
Miller is tall, dark, handsome, a typical alpha male, and a gentleman with a kind heart. Tate the girl everyone loves, but there are things she keeps to herself. She a tough nut to crack, but when you do, you'll see the beautiful person she is inside and out.
RC Boldt's Teach Me series keeps getting better and better and Remember When is an exceptional triumphant success. Her story captures you from the start and holds you until the very end leaving you with a smile on your face and hankering more.
Sometimes the biggest risk will lead you to your greatest joy.
Remember When is by far my favorite book out of the Teach Me series, and from RC Boldt. RC has taken this book to a whole new level of swoon-worthy, and absolute awesomeness! I loved every word, and I found myself unable to stop reading once I started. There were so many times I laughed, felt my heart drop, and of course, felt my panties melting! Tate and Miller...Oh my, these two will frustrated you to no end, then turn around and make you love them. You won't be able to help yourself from going through all the emotions. I know I would be laughing one second, then feeling as though I could cry the next. It was hard not to feel connected to these amazing characters and hoping, praying, they would work things out. What I loved the most about Remember When, is the dual POV. Not only did I get Tate's side, I also got Miller's, and let me tell you, it brings a lot into the light. Things took a turn that neither Tate, nor Miller was prepared for. It was kind of shocking and I was mad for a bit at that part. I will say this...When Tate and Miller reunite...it's like fireworks. Steam just rolls off the pages and oh my, the connection between these two...it's amazing to read. There's definitely some ups and downs, things are said, and just when you think you have the story-line down, you get a whole new outlook. And of course I loved how all the characters from book one are still very present. It's not too much, it's just enough as to not overshadow Tate and Miller's story. It's refreshing to see how even in this book, how close they all are, and how much they are there to support each other. I also really liked I got some new characters and I'm very excited to see what happens with them. Remember When is a wonderful read. It's everything you'd want to see in a book. I really hate I have to wait for the next one, but I will try to be patient because RC had me at book one. I highly recommend reading this one, and RC's other work.
I Think I can official say that RC Boldt is on my favorite authors list .I loved Remember When this book was just wonderful! I could not put it seriously I read it one day !
In this book we followed Tate and Miller. Iam so happy that they got there own book because I have been wondering about these two for sometime. All I could think about is why was there so much animosity between them when I was reading the previous book in this series and when I finally get to find out why let just tell you all it was worth the wait .The great things about characters who have past together is always the back story for me and the way the R C Boldt wrote there story was just so well done .You got to see the past and present at the same time and they both flowed beautifully . The romance between them was wonderful, I loved seeing them reconnect with each other every sweet , sexy and emotional moment between these two was such a pleasure to read . It made me so happy to see were we leave them at the end of this book I literally had such a big smile on my face. I have probably said this in ever review for a book in the teach me series , I loved the group of friends in this book the way they tease each other , have such good time together , how loyal they are to each other they a like a family . Between the beautiful setting , the sexy second chance romance and fabulous cast of characters .R.C Boldt has created another wonderful story with Remember When .
Remember When is a sexy , sweet ,romantic , funny emotional and heartwarming story . I cannot wait to see what R,C Boldt writes next ! this author stories are just wonderful . If you love all these things in your books I suggest you get a copy of this book.
I have to say that this is my first book from this author. And It won't be my last.
This blurb got me. I couldn't wait to see this story spun.
Tate Donnelly fell in love while she was in college. She was certain that this was going to be her forever. Except when he went away to boot camp. The communication was cut off. Her letters go unanswered. Till she opens her mailbox and see that they have all been returned to sender. Breaking her heart making her pick up all the pieces with not so much of an explanation. Nothing. RADIO SILENCE!
Former Navy SEAL Miller Vaughn once had the love of a girl he thought would be his, and be by his side forever. Unfortunately, that only lasted until after he joined the Navy. Then she vanished, never to be heard from again.
Time has passed. hearts have been mended. Memories have faded, but nothing between them have been forgotten. Both thinking that the other are blamed for they broken hearts. Both thinking that they have been wronged.
The tension between them can't be broken, not even truce can be made. Till one day someone snaps. The memories come back. The finger pointing come, and you sit there flipping the pages, waiting to see how they will reaction when they find out that they have both been wronged.
Can they remember when their love was the most important thing in their world?
Can all those years of bitterness be erased. Can all that hatred be forgotten. How good it was when to Remember when!
I really enjoyed this book and will look out for more of this series!
Another great read by R.C. Boldt, have read the other books in this series and loved them and when Tate and Miller were mentioned in book two you just knew there was a juicy story there and juicy it is. Got a bit tearful at one part of the book but they were happy tears.
Miller and Tate have a past and the last they seen or heard anything from each other has been 10 years and now their friends have picked up on their tension and Momma K has noticed as well, so as not to bring their past into their future they call a truce but does either one want a truce or do they both want an explanation as to what happened.
Tate loved Miller and he went off to join the Navy and after years of writing and years of her letters being returned to sender she gave up on him but she never stopped loving him. And after finding out from
Tate Donnelly (social study teacher) & Miller Vaughn (Foster's buddy and employee). And he even included the part where he preferref to screwed woman who looked like her and will have regret after. Urghhhh. Not my forte.
