An essential book as a guidance for someone who just start their career in HR but also for professionals (despite this book work the best for HR in the USA).
There are 14 chapters consisting of everything you need to know, cultural differences, Fortune 500, key take aways, Exercises (also for team) and chapter summary. Not to forget, related links (that you can click) to articles or videos.
You can skip chapter 12 and 13 if you are not in the US.
