Conner doesn't want to want Elizabeth, but how long can he fight his feelings? Conner McDermott likes to be uninvolved... and girls will do anything for him, with no strings attached. When Elizabeth Wakefield starts to wash his car, it should be no big deal. Only there's something about Elizabeth that gets to Conner, something special that sets her apart. But she's not the kind of girl who will settle for what Conner's willing to give.
--- This girl will do anything for me. Wash my car. Make my bed. I bet she'd floss my teeth if I asked her to. Just like all the others.
Except she's Elizabeth. And somehow that makes things a little more complicated.
Francine Paula Pascal was an American author best known for her Sweet Valley series of young adult novels. Sweet Valley High, the backbone of the collection, was made into a television series, which led to several spin-offs, including The Unicorn Club and Sweet Valley University. Although most of these books were published in the 1980s and 1990s, they remained so popular that several titles were re-released decades later.
9/10 This was a great one! Poor Jessica and the slut shaming. And what’s going to happen with Liz and Conner and Maria. And man I need the next one. This is bringing back so many feelings from when I first read them. Loooooove the Wakefield twins!
The drama continues! Melissa and her group still continue to be mean to Jessica. Will feels bad and tries to change the subject each time they talk about her. They cause her to miss the pep rally. This leads Jessica to believe Tia was in on it as well. Elizabeth is still falling for Conner. He has his first gig and sings a song he wrote for her. After the show he offers to give her a ride home and he almost kissed her.

All I could think of was poor Jessica! The bullies have been winning on book 2 & 3 and I just really want to get to the part where Jessica redeems herself.
I like Conner McDermott at first glance.Hahaha.I actually found this book in a recycle store and I really want to read the fourth and other Sweet Valley High books but as I've mentioned before, how can I search this book in bookstores in 2015?
Another love problem that is impossible to solve: Falling in love with best friend's ex-boyfriend. Worse, the ex-boyfriend dumped your best friend because of you. *sigh*
I remember I used to have a crush on Conner like so bad, I kept re-reading the stories that had him in it. Of course, that was when I was hormonal and all. Now, I'm cool. (Haha, you wish woman!)
I absolutely love the pairing of the characters Elizabeth and Conner McDermott. It is a highly addictive series. Always takes me back to the High school days.
There's a lot to this book and with the multitudes of characters to keep up with, it can be a chore to keep up with, but its nice when you like the slight challenge.
