Meet your guests. / We're called bacteria. / Your mouth is our cafeteria.

In this witty, easy-to-read story, children learn what bacteria is, how it causes tooth decay, and how they can fight against it. Love this book! For so many reasons, this is a favorite in our family. A solid level 3 reading book, my son loves it because of the fun story line (bacteria pleading with us to eat more candy and snacks) and because of the rhyming throughout, which he absolutely loves. I love it because it teaches so much. It teaches about teeth, how to take care of them, and what not to do. It also has great new vocabulary words for the level 3 reader such as decay, bacteria, and plaque. Overall a great educational book and interesting to boot! A great add to any collection!

This level 3 reader is a fun book told from the bacteria's point of view. Good book to use for dental hygiene and rhyming lessons. My kindergärtner loves this book, and wants me to read it to her all the time.

My son read this to me this morning. It's okay, but I do love that he went and brushed his teeth right away afterwards.

This book had ALOT of vocabulary, but they also had definitions to go with it! It educates readers on tooth hygiene and makes it interesting. Children will definitely enjoy this book, especially the silly pictures.
