Bearfoot and Pregnant
It has been a while since I read any of these and I used to devour them. This was ok, a little too much dramalama and not enough communication.
The narration for this audiobook was ok, this is who has always narrated these so it was like an old friend.

Bearfoot and Pregnant is book ten in the Paranormal Dating Agency by Milly Tiaden.
Another splendid addition to the PDA series. This series has become a fast favorite of mine. I sometimes need something quick, sweet, and sexy to fill my lunch hour or should I say nap time when the kid is asleep ^_^.
Talen is so sweet and caring. He is fiercely protective of his mate and loyal to his clan. I just loved that he new next to nothing about earth and earth women. It was so cute watching him do anything to win his mate.
Cassie is a wonderful heroine. I liked her independence and that she had a good head on her shoulders. Her cousins, Ivan and Ivy, where great to meet and at the end the moment with her father. Awww!
We are treated to some sexy shifter aliens, lots of sass, scorching scenes, and some twists that might shock you. I really enjoyed watching Talen and Cassie come together as mates. I also liked that a new plant and aliens are are mentioned. Who knows maybe we are going to get a new series or Gerri is going to be branching farther out into space.
Bearfoot and Pregnant was a delightful read and I am looking forward to more Paranormal Dating Agency!

The Milly Taiden formula in full effect (bbw heroine, alpha shifter hero, and babymaking). It's a KU rental, and a super quick read. About the only thing that's different is I need to get this heroine a Jumping to Conclusions mat, because it's her favorite game. Otherwise, it'sexactly what I expected. I think it's about par for the course of this series. The hero's possessive, the heroine's insecure and way too judgy, but I like the idea of this world, so I keep trying to find that gem in the series.

Okay I am glad I didn't write this series off after the two dud books that I listened too. Cassandra and Talen's story had the traits that I enjoyed from the PDA series of books. Cassandra is this independent human that travels with Gerri during a christening on another planet. She wants nothing to do with men after being wronged by one on Earth until she finds that she is attracted to Talen when they meet. Talen is a stubborn bear alpha that wants nothing to do with finding his mate but needs to since there is instability within his pack. As soon as Talen scents Cassandra he knows. They have a one night stand that proves to be educational for both of them.

Cassie is Geri's new assistant, she thinks Geri is not all there. In her defense, Geri is talking about taking a trip to another planet. Cassie decides to agree to the trip, just to verify whether or not she's telling the truth. In all honesty, Cassie isn't really leaving a great life behind so a mini-vacation could be just what she needs. Cassie has struggled her whole life with her weight and the criticism that she receives because of it. Her father Ricardo, has remarried, her Mom passed away years ago, and her new Stepmom, Victoria, is actually almost a decade younger than her and now they've announced Victoria's pregnant.
Talen, the bear clan leader, is struggling with keeping his clan together and happy, while dealing with his brother, Paxten. Talen attends the party introducing Alyx and Bella's twins, Avery and Aahron. There he meets Cassie, as she's attending with Geri.
Talen knows instantly Cassie his mate and he's ready to claim her now. Cassie, on the otherhand, thinks she's about to have the best night of her life, not expecting it to go anywhere, yet come morning she realizes she hopes it does. However, Talen is called away as his brother has escaped custody, as he was being held at the castle due to how he blatantly disrespected the King, Alyx. Talen hurries away to deal with Paxten so he can rush back to Cassie and explain what she is to him.

I gotta say, I am not a huge fan of the miscommunication trope. This book was so short that it felt quite over the top to have this one miscommunication instance that weaves throughout the whole story. Especially since the characters had the chance to talk and solve this problem but just didn't? It felt kinda strange that they would not discuss such a huge issue when they met again. Instead the miscommunication was dragged out to be an issue until the final chapters and that point I just didn't care anymore. I also wish that the female main character was actually as strong-willed and independent as she claimed to be and not such a wet noodle.

OH what a book..... Milly Taiden has done it again. Her awesome characters make you get swept into their lives and want to learn more. She know has giving Ms Gerri Wilder a fan base that will never end in the people who read her.The world of Nova Auroa is the dream of every curvy girl their alive. Add to all that the hot panty wetting sex (grab a cold glass a water) is like what no one else out there rights. She is truly a must read in life and enjoyment of her books with out fail.

Another great story in the PDA Series by Milly Taiden! Love the twists and turns that take place in the story between Talen and Cassie. There is one passage in the book that Talen says to Cassie that struck a cord so hard with in me and it reads: "If you don't take the chance to read the story, how will you know if you get what you want? Pickup that book and let me create your fairytale ending." That statement sums up all the books written by Milly Taiden. Another home run for this fabulous author. Happy is the day I started reading her books, absolutely love!!

Milly Taiden is Fabulous at these short, sexy, OMG PANTY MELTING reads! Bearfoot and Pregnant does not Disappoint! I know this is book 10 in the PDA series, but I truly hope it continues into the 20's and 30's!! Bring on book #11!

I was put off when she first described her boss as “the Latina”. Which was weird and off putting already. And then she starts saying that she’s too fat to be attractive on earth. Maybe mainstream white culture as portrayed in the media. I have known plenty of guys (even White ones) to be attracted to larger women and I’m not a fan of the fetishization of size either way. I’d rather a romance be built on the relationship between the two people. Not on the physical attributes that make them desirable or undesirable.
And I hate when my heroines constantly neg on themselves.

I couldn't put this book down. Great story. Characters were perfect even the crazy brother Paxton that tried throwing a wrench into the mix. If you enjoy reading about shifters and their mates you will love this one. All books in this series are Standalones. Great job Milly.

Cassie, Geri's new assistant, is leaning towards thinking Geri, while wonderful, isn't quite all there. In her defense, Geri is talking about taking a trip to another planet. LOL But Cassie decides to agree to the trip, just to verify whether or not she's telling the truth. In all honesty, Cassie isn't really leaving a great life behind so a mini-vacation could be just what she needs. See Cassie has struggled her whole life with her weight and the criticism that she receives because of it. Plus, her Dad, Ricardo, has remarried, her Mom passed away years ago, and her new Stepmom, Victoria, is actually almost a decade younger than her and now they've announced Victoria's pregnant. Oh boy...awkward. Not to mention, Cassie is confused by some things pertaining to her Dad's treatment of her. (She doesn't know it, but he has reasons.)
Thankfully, Cassie is very close to her cousins, Ivan and Ivy, and while she loves them unconditionally, she also knows something is missing from her life.
Talen, the bear clan leader, is struggling with keeping his clan together and happy, while dealing with his brother, Paxten, literally a PITA. (You guys know that acronym, right? Pain In the A$$. *smirk*) Paxten feels he can do whatever he wants, even when that means "seeing" more than one clan female at a time. Thank goodness Talen's best friend and head of security, Dylan, has his back.

Cassie, on the otherhand, thinks she's about to have the best night of her life, not expecting it to go anywhere, yet come morning she realizes she hopes it does. He bumps into Cassie and upon smelling Talen on her, decides to verbally devastate her and tells her she was just a fling and he's already mated, etc. Cassie and Geri quickly leave the planet and she believes that's the end of that, except for the fact she misses the jerk. Poor Talen, he's branded with the jerk stamp and he's actually a good guy.
Now if only Cassie could figure out why she's not feeling good and forget Talen. One of these situations is easier to resolve than the other. Yeah, Talen left a little something with her. (I'm not giving anything away by sharing that...it's in the title. LOL)
Now Talen is determined to get his mate back and find out why she left. Thankfully, Bella and Geri are both able to talk a little sense into him about how different human women are. They don't instantly feel the mating link click into place like shifters do, so the usual "Hey, I just met you and this is crazy. But you're my mate, let's do it, baby." isn't going to work as easily. Wait, what? That's not how the song goes? Haha.
Will Talen get Cassie to talk to him? Will Cassie believe him when he refutes everything Paxten told her? Will Cassie give him a chance? Will she accept that he wants her and the baby, not just the baby? Will Talen find out who is behind all the rumors surfacing about his leadership? Will Paxten finally be put in his place, or will he go too far before that happens? Will Talen and Cassie get their HEA?
I highly suggest you one-click this story now. As this series is fantastic, I do recommend reading it in order, but also for the sake of continuity, as previous characters are mentioned. I can't wait to see who finds love next.

Not an impressive addition to the series
I have enjoyed this series with a grain of salt. I don't expect anything deep or groundbreaking, just a fun story to get me through a couple of hours. While the series has had some ups and downs, this one was a complete disappointment. There was no real story/background/character development.
Cassie had potential from our introduction, but she fell flat, being more whiney and insecure than tough gal. What kind of girl gets told her one night stand is already mated and just forgets to bring that up to the guy?? Not Cassie. She just lets him jump her again. Ho hum... just another day...
The hero was grumpy and growly for no real reason and the issues in his clan should have been resolved in seconds as he lays the smack down on anyone who dares second guess him as leader. He comes across as a weak leader who apparently doesn't pay any attention to what's going on in his own pack. There's nothing really swoon-worthy about him. In fact he comes across more slow than adorably ignorant of earth customs.
All-in-all, there was nothing impressive about this story. It felt rushed, yet I couldn't wait to stop reading it. This is one I would suggest you skip, although I will give the next a chance in hopes it will be better.

This series a freaking amazing!!!!! Cassie is the new assistant to Gerri, shifter matchmaker extraordinaire. Gerri needs to return to the planet Aurora for the welcoming party of Alyx and Bella's babies and invites Cassie to come along. Talen is the leader of the bear clan and a good friend of Alyx's. He attends the party to show his respect and to catch up with Alyx, where he learns, through Alyx, that his younger brother Paxton is causing a lot of trouble within his clan. Frustrated and stressed about what to do about his brother, the last thing Talen expects to find is his mate. After an explosive night together, Talen is forced to leave Cassie to hunt his brother and Cassie leaves to return to earth. Talen follows her to earth determined to convince her that they belong together and that they have what it takes to turn a one night stand into forever. I love this series, I'm hoping that Gerri will eventually get her HEA, maybe even with the warrior king, she deserves another love after losing her first one. I can't wait to see who gets matched next!!!

She's convinced she can find Cassie a man (or alien) who would give anything to have a woman like her, sassy and curves in all the right places.
Talen Arctos is head of the Arctos clan. His bear has been clawing at him to find a mate, but he can't devote the time to a woman with his brother causing havoc within the clan. When he goes to give his respect and meet Alyx's kids he never thought he'd find his mate. But when his mate runs away the next morning he's now got to convince her to come back to return to his planet.
One major thing that annoyed me was the fact that Cassie's father thought saying sorry would just magically fix all the self confidence issues he caused Cassie.

This one was a decent read
I'm having a hard time getting into this author's series I had such high hopes once I read the first book, but it seems after I read that one the next one and then the next they're all the same! Oh and the author is obviously Latino because every book the main heroine is also Latino which I have no problem with but it wouldn't hurt for her to mix it up every book or so which goes back to my original thought everybook seems to be the same you have a latino female looking for a hot alpha male and of course they're these bad ass women that don't take any crap from anyone and then something happens and the alpha male comes to the rescue and they live happily ever after now on to the next family member!!! UGH! Oh well I guess this is just not a good series for me

This is 10th book in the Milly Taiden series paranormal dating agency.
Talen is a bear clean leader and struggling to control his childish brother.
Cassie is Gerri's new assistant and when Gerri takes her to aurora nova to meet the lion king queen and new babies that's when Talen finds Cassie and instead of explaining anything to her she thinks it's a one night stand.
This has a lot of misunderstanding between Talen and Cassie. Talen has to do some serious grovelling and explaining.
Love a change of pace for this last book in series.

Cassie has a big problem and lossing her savings and her boyfriend was not one of them or two of them. She was a bbw with a father that taught her to stand on her own feet. She meets Gerri just when see needs some help to get her life back on track. She just never expected to have aliens play a part ini straightening out her future. This curvy girl has more than she can handle with Talen Arctos. I had some issue with some contradictions in the story and information. Maybe it was just an oversight or me reading all the books in a weeks time. I was able to keep thing fresh and recall them. And when they did not match it left me just a bit disappointed.

Cassie’s working for Gerri and the two have to go to Aurora for a party. At the party, she's hooked up with Talen who’s having problems with his brother. The two hit it off she goes home and he’s attacked delaying him from finding out she’s left. By the time he does she’s knocked up but he convinces her to go back with him. Not much to the story if you’ve read one you’ve read them all.

I love Cassandra. She's such a smart ass and knows exactly who she is and what she wants in life. Talen is hot as hell, but not very smooth with the ladies. Their story had me laughing out loud and then sniffing back the tears. Milly Taiden never fails to deliver an amazing story.

This was a good book. This book is a standalone so please do not worry if you have not read any of the previous books. I just loved Cassie. She was this curvy confident woman. She was from wealth but you could not tell it and I think I love that about her. She did not care to roll up her sleeves and work for what she needs. She has had some bad luck when it comes to men but I think we all know what that is like. I sure we have all been there some time in out life.
Talen Arctos was from the planet Nova Aurora. He was this hunky bear shifter. He was a true Alpha male. I did feel sorry for him. He had a lot on his plate. His brother was causing problems at every turn. His clan was in a up roar. Being the Alpha he had to deal with the problems as they arise.
Talen done something he shouldn’t, he claimed Cassie without her permission. I truly do not think Talen saw any wrong in what he did. On his planet they did things different. Oh, do not worry Cassie was plenty willing when it came to sex.
Cassie will be gone and back on earth before Talen realizes it. He will have challenges learning how to court a woman. To top that off his mate is pregnant. Yeah, things get kind of funny. I truly love the research he did.
Seems likes there were so many road blocks being thrown Cassie and Talen’s way. Never fear I think Cassie is a strong woman and can handle all that is thrown at her.
I so enjoyed this book and so glad I took out time to read the story.
