This 128-page workbook features beginner hand-lettering lessons, from playing with style and brush calligraphy basics to illustrated hand-lettered designs and lettering styles. Once you’re comfortable with the basic techniques, apply them to additional crafts and projects, To do most of the exercise prompts in this hand-lettering guide, all you need are the pencils, an eraser, and colored pencils or markers. And there are lots of places to practice right inside the book.

The best way to find your own style is to practice and play with letters! Over time, your style starts to pop out at you. Adventures in Lettering is the ultimate workshop to get you started in the art of hand-lettering!

Has some good ideas, but I feel like there could have been more how-tos on the styles used in the book for those of us who lack the imagination to come up with their own.
