ORCON

Rate this book
ORCON watched without human emotion. He briefly wondered if he was a serial killer or a community servant. Ted Bundy had only killed 30 women, but he was no community servant. At least Ted Bundy never claimed to be without sin like Judge O’Mara. Although he was perched only a hundred feet away, ORCON wasn’t concerned about being discovered. The bullet was silent. A BB fired with an electromagnetic gun. After the police had come, ORCON posted a video on YouTube and slipped into the night screaming three times in defiance. He thought it would take time for the police to discover the BB. They wouldn’t turn the body over until the coroner arrived. “I’ll be back,” ORCON thought, “after I reload.”
