Outside of the author's admittedly poor writing and occasional arrogance, there are a few nuggets of conventional wisdom on how to navigate the turbulent waters when ambition takes hold.

A great read and not just for those who see themselves as ambitious! As one who tends to fall into the category of what Seth refers to as stasists (one who is focused on maintaining stability) as opposed to a dynamist (one who is all about change) I tend to struggle with finding gratitude. But Seth has a great way of giving a thought provoking look into what we can do to achieve gratitude. Whether you see yourself as ambitious or not, we can all learn from his poignant view of satisfaction and contentment and learn how to lead with gratitude.
