An essential yoga guide

This book is extremely useful for those wishing to explore their yoga practice, especially those student s and practitioners coming from an Iyengar background.
Both authors are extremely experienced teacher practitioners and their text and photographs guide the practitioner into deepened and understanding how to practice with and use standard props.

In my opinion this is one of the best books of its type.
