Lovely novella
This was a nice beginning for Candace's new series Precious Moments. Zaria and Garrett have been having a secret friends with benefits relationship for a few years. A secret is revealed about their relationship and it changes things. Garrett is Sean Arrington's best friend, and you'll get an update on those Arringtons that we've grown to love!

I rec this read.
Zaria was doing the running dance around poor Garrett. Garrett was no quitter when it came to hooking Zaria. After learning the news Garrett revealed to her. She tried to run even faster but when it comes love, it will slow you down. I enjoyed Garrett method to persuade Zaria to accept he wasn't going anywhere.

Cute!!!
Zaria and Garrett already have a relationship of sorts when the story starts, so the story centers around their reconnection, after an unexpected development is revealed.
I loved that Garrett is so open with Zaria about his feelings for her, and that he refuses to give up, but isn't too pushy. I also loved that there wasn't any contrived or unnecessary drama between these two.
Another cute, sexy, fun read from Ms. Shaw! Thanks for the updates on the Arrington Family!

Enjoyed the book, but felt the ending was rushed. Garret and Zaria are a great couple, without any of the juvenile drama. They act like mature adults, coming into realization of their feelings for each other. The updates about the Arrington's let me know that I never finished reading the series and need to now go back and read the last two books. Precious Moments seems

Precious Moments
I loved Garrett and Zaria's short but sweet story. First attraction, denied feelings all the while keeping their escapades on the low low. I am a little disappointed in the typos. The are quite a few errors in this book. I see Ms. Shaw is dipping a little more in the current trend by using the word p..... I was a little shocked when I saw it. All in all, it was a very good book. Enjoy!

Great plot, a hard to put down writing. The story was interesting and informative. Never guessed love could be so hard to find and realize how much you can miss out on with time.
Good book one of the many I enjoy of her writings. Great love e plot to show determination in a man's heart when he wants it bad enough. He's knowledge of understanding his wife/girlfriend was the key to convincing her she was in love with him alone.

Zaria and Garrett have been involved in a situationship for over 6 years. He wants more, while she likes things just the way they are. What started out as a prank, has suddenly turned into much more, and a major decision must be made.
At times, Zaria pissed me off, because even Stevie Wonder could see that she was smitten with Garrett, and only fooling herself. Thank God, he was determined to make her see the light.
I loved everything about this story, because many of us can relate to the "catching feelings for a situationship" part. This was my introduction to @candace_shaw, and I want to thank whomever is responsible for telling me about it. I might a little late to the party, but I'm definitely here to stay. The Arrington family sounds quite interesting. I'm looking forward to reading more about them.

Great love story.
The chemistry between Zaria and Garrett was fantastic.
Zaria fought really hard to make just about sex. Garrett, Zaria and her family and friends knew that there was much more between the two.
It was really nice to catch up with Justin and Shelbi and know that she is going to be a mom. Sean, Traci, Bria, Raven, Reagan, Brooklyn.
Loved the camaraderie between Zaria and Garrett when she always called him old man it more like a pet name.
Love how at a previous event how attentive Garrett was with Zarie when Caitlyn came on to him they the event together and he called Zaire at 1:00 am to let her know nothing had happened between Caitlyn and himself.
Now on to read about "When I Fell For You" Reagan and Blake Garrett friend and partner in business.

I absolutely Loveeeee Candace Shaw's Love Story Between Garrett & Zaria..They had been going back & forward for 6 yrs..Even Got Married in Las Vegas & didn't realize it was Real..I thought Z was Gonna Sabatoge the Relationship Because of Her Strong desire To Be Independent & Successful..but I'm not gonna give away the details..But it Definitely was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 & Loveeeee Wins Finally...I admire Garrett's Patience & Honesty While Z Completed The Circle Back to When they 1st meet & Finally Accepted the inevitable ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Short Read About 2& 1/2 hrs ..You'll Love Reading This 1st Installment in this series..

Zaria and Garrett—she’s an event planner and he’s a doctor. They’ve been secretly hooking up for the past six years as a “sex benefits only” relationship. U til he tells her that their crazy fake marriage in Vegas the previous year turned out to be real. He works to persuade her to stay married, but she decides they should sign annulment papers and get married in a surprise wedding. If they’re going to be married, they should know from the start that they’re married. I’d really give this 3.5 stars, but that’s not an option. The story is cute, but there’s not much depth at all (it’s a pretty short book) and some of it seems a bit contrived. Also a few editing issues.

Zaria almost ruined the book for me!
Zaria was not a likable character at all. She was frustratingly stubborn and silly for no reason at all. I could see if she had been heartbroken before but that wasn’t the case. She was just stuck on stupid and and the only reason that I didn’t put it down was because Garret’s character was so engaging. I’m not sure if I want to read the next book if all of the female lead characters are going to along the same vein.

Let's face love together
Six years secretly together and both of them not facing the truth about their real feelings for each until what happened in Vegas comes to slap them in the face. Garret accepts the fact that it's always been Zaria and now he needs to make her realize that the belong together forever. Candace the only let down to this story is the end which we should of seen more of the planning and her girls should have been more involved.

Great Book!
This book was everything! I finished it in a couple of hours. Z and G were made for each other. I laughed and got mad at Z so many times. Ugh! The way she was acting towards G. I didn't like it, but he didn't give up on his love for her. Great Job, Candace. You never disappoint me!

In the beginning I wanted to punch Zaria in the throat for her diva ways. But finally, she pulled her hair out of her butt and realized that she loved G. Anyway, I loved the story. Great 👍read.

2.5 stars. I really wanted to like this story because it's such a cure concept. However, I get the impression that Garrett doesn't actually like women; he just likes being in control and Zaria's feelings seemed fake.

Entertaining characters, "Zaria and Garrett" thought they had deceived their friends a family. I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

This is first time I have ever read one of Ms. Shaw's books and I absolutely loved it. It was well thought out and written. I enjoyed reading every part of it.

September 24, 2020Zaria and Garrett was in a friends with benefits situation for six years before they called it quits. Unexpectedly Garret is back with some news that changes things between them. First, I want to say that Zaria was very mature for 23 years old. I liked that she placed her career and her future before everything. Her determination and work ethic really impressed me. She had a plan for her life and she stuck with it regardless of her feelings. I really got excited for this story but it fell flat for me. It was very hard for me to believe in the love that Zaria and Garret had for each other because it was never on page. I wanted to see the development of their love and affection toward each other. It also would have helped. I admired Garrett’s determination to win Zaria’s heart but why did it have to take him six years and an unexpected revelation for him to
