Perhaps it's an overwhelming sense of fear that you feel, despair, grief, or embarrassment. It takes control of your current self, and although the experience happened yesterday, a year ago, or even a decade ago, the vividness of that memory has a huge impact on how you perceive the world today. Not helpful

Realistically too basic to be of use to a trained hypnotist not really sure it is helpful to the untrained either to be quite honest. Maybe but something by Bandler?

I listened to the Audible version of this book.

"Great NLP info for Self Improvement"

This NLP Master's Handbook was full of good, positive information. It had a lot of practical applications including 'anchoring' and 'framing' which were understandable as well as completely doable. Overall, these are super helpful handbooks. The only thing I think would make them better would be to put them into a larger book with much more detailed examples and walk through.

Daniel Hawking does a terrific job narrating these books. I enjoy listening to his voice and he's good at passing along these valuable mind tips and tricks.
