Incredibly insightful and helpful in aspects not just hair . I really loved how this book is very empowering and real. I appreciate how she was able to give authentic tips and advice on advancing in the industry and how to truly succeed in this world. Awesome Read!

I loved this book! I was concerned with my approach to the beauty industry, but after reading this book I realized that I am on the right path and I received tons of advice that I was not aware even existed. I'd recommend this book to my fellow Cosmetologist as well as any other self employed person looking for a flashlight in a dark tunnel!!
