I agree with Cliff Yates that there are far more good law enforcement officers than there are bad. This book is short, but provides a lot of good information about how law enforcement agencies attempt to eliminate that bad element from within their ranks. I deducted one rating point for grammar and formatting errors; otherwise, the book is very informative.

The author's comments and commentary regarding police work and the current climate towards police officers in general make for an interesting starting point for dialogue on the topic.
