This book was an advanced review copy, won in a contest. Because I like Linda's books so much, I couldn't wait to read this one, which was getting great reviews from other readers lucky enough to get a copy a couple of weeks ahead of the book's release date.
Here's my honest opinion review: I loved this book! From the first page I was hooked on Kellan Ladd's plight... his quest to find the one soul that could finally terminate his immortal life. I was even more interested to learn that this guy is the famous Galahad of legend, still around in our world. (great plot).
Like Linda's other Blood Knight books, this one joins the ranks as a standout supernatural romance. It's deep and dark, with sizzling hot characters at odds with each other until they discover that only by being together can they eventually find peace. It just takes them a while to figure this out. Plus, Linda's werewolves make appearances, as do a bunch of nasty vampires.
This is a keeper, for sure. I can't wait for the next story in this series.
Since this is going to come out in audio format in April, I'm going to get that as well.

A long time ago, a group called The Seven was formed and these immortals have lived for centuries. The oath they pledged to keep a sacred relic safe is being fulfilled, and now they also protect humans from Others whose intent is great harm. But one of them is ready for his long life to end, and his latest mission is to achieve this personal goal. The legend behind Galahad is cleverly interwoven into the fascinating paranormal story created by Linda Thomas-Sundstrom, where myths about the noble knight of the Round Table become even more intriguing when he battles supernatural creatures. IMMORTAL REDEEMED is truly unforgettable because of its groundbreaking originality.
An immortal now known as Kellan Ladd has watched over humanity for many years, but the responsibility has left him weary and ready for his life to finally be over. There are six others like him, and each has carried out the obligations given to them after becoming Blood Knights. Though Kellan has diligently followed the vows he once made, he thinks the time has come for locating the only person who can make it possible for him to not live any longer. He is now on a mission to find this individual without letting any of the other Blood Knights know his decision.
Helping people brings McKenna Randall much satisfaction, and when she could not remain a cop because of an unfortunate incident, she became a nurse. One night after a grueling shift in the ER ends, she feels strangely drawn to a guy on a motorcycle outside the hospital and goes to speak with him. There seems to be something about the man that makes McKenna want to be around him though she knows it is unwise. Kellan plans to discover if she is the person who holds the secret to his future. But as he pursues his quest for this crucial answer, a large number of vampires also take an interest in McKenna and makes the circumstances even more challenging.
The whole concept behind the Blood Knights miniseries is innovative, and I was engrossed in IMMORTAL REDEEMED from beginning to conclusion. A knight of the Round Table is turned into a powerful warrior fighting despicable creatures, and I enjoyed every attention-grabbing detail that the author had me visualizing. Imaginative ideas are turned into realistic situations, as Linda Thomas-Sundstrom makes every moment seem so conceivable. I definitely wanted to accept many of the events happening as true, because then it would mean there are honorable individuals protecting humans without our knowledge. While the vampires in the story may be unpleasant, the author does let several werewolves display their more praiseworthy traits to my delight.
When Kellan made his way to Seattle, he had only one thought and that was terminating his life. But when he sees McKenna, he instantly begins having feelings he has not experienced in a very long time. While she may have a part to play in what happens to him, she also affects him and makes his emotions become involved. Their scenes together are some of the most intense I have ever read, especially those at first when the force of their sexual craving is so overwhelming. This mutual desire results in encounters filled with explosive passion yet also conflicted emotions. Kellan is such an honorable person, and I worried over what his final choice would end up being. McKenna has been through so much, and I admired how she would not give in despite the odds against her. IMMORTAL REDEEMED is everything a paranormal story should be and more.

"... McKenna’s last thoughts before being hugged briefly and then ushered to a chair were about men being hardwired to enjoy their place as the stronger sex.
Equally as universally accepted was the fact that sometimes, like now, for the sake of everyone’s ego and sanity, women just had to play along. " - so true :)
Kellan has those mysterious vibes that keep pulling you towards him and you get so flustered and only want more. Huh wish you were real :(
I felt bad for Derek most of the book till close to the end, we got a curve ball, Derek is a mighty beast :)
Linda now you have a task, find a mate for Derek. He is too fine to be left alone heartbroken.

I was given this book for an honest review. Honestly?? Astounding!! This book grabbed me from the first page!! Kellan Ladd is a tired immortal who's been looking for the one "soul" who can end his immortality. Entering Seattle on his sleek black Harley, Kellan is drawn to a mysterious woman. What is the attraction?? Could this be the one??
Nurse McKenna Randal is dead tired from her shift at the hospital. All she wants to do is go home. But, then she senses "him" -- is she losing her mind or just too wiped out from work??
Kellan gives McKenna a ride home and the two begin to connect on several different levels. The resulting story is full of sizzle, attacks by vampires, and a lot of action. I have to say that the author's telling of this story had me on the edge of my seat and believing in vampires and werewolves.
This was a very well written book, and wasn't so far out in left field that had me thinking "WTH", like so many other paranormal books that I've read.
Great storyline, characters, and depth. I'd give this 10 stars if I could.

To start off I was totally in love with Kellan within a few pages!! (Can you say hot motorcycle riding immortal guy!!)
Hot guys aside though this is an amazing book, the story moves along nicely and keeps all the secrets that Kellan has gone to Seattle to find, and leaves you wondering what will happen to Kellan and McKenna right up until the end. Immortal Redeemed weaves in ancient stories in the form of the knights of the round table and brings in a few supernatural species to boot. I am a big fan of Linda Sundstrom-Thomas's books, if you love a good paranormal romance you will not be disappointed and I hope there will be more in this series!

Linda Thomas as under rim does not disappoint in this book, Immortal Redeemed.
This book is filled with everything you want in an interesting read.
There are Lycans, Vampires, Reapers, and yes a Vampire Queen.
Imagine that, all these characters mesh well together to make a wildly adventurous and phenomenal novel. You must read this, edge of your seat, read at one seating book. You will not be disappointed! 5 Stars!!

Kellan Ladd has been hunting for the one person that can end his long life . He is an immortal and has been living for centuries as part of the Blood Knights . He is being pulled towards Mckenna Randall , the one woman who might be the ancient soul that could put an end to him. She isn't really sure about the sexy leather clad Harley riding man . There is something there that is stirring up feelings that have her doubting that if she should believe what he is saying and that she is this powerful being or should she fall in love with him inspite of the fact she could kill him at anytime .
Omg the characters in this book are amazing . Kellan well he is so sexy and such an alpha male . He is a vampire and a protector of humans from what goes bump in the night . Wow there are things that go bump in the night through out this book . He is lonely though and you can feel it on the pages . He is the type of man you want protecting you from all the bumps in the night . I really like him out of all the knights he is the one that feels and wants to have a life that doesn't include all the blood shed. Mckenna is well she is a fighter , first she was a cop who got shot in the line of duty and now she a nurse .She is feisty and strong, she stands along side Kellan fighting the things that want to kill her . They are one of those couples that you will love from the very first time you meet them in the book . They are complex and well written and you feel like you know them .
This is one of those books that you get sucked into from the very beginning . The first meeting of the hero is on a harley speeding towards Seattle and not for coffee either . The author has the tension built up by the second chapter and you want to see where this couple is going to take us. There is so much going on through out the book , there are monsters , secrets, steamy times and soo much more that goes on through out the book. I really love this series each book is all alpha and hunting for the person that can save them So if you want a series that will keep you entertained all the way through check it out and check out the BLOOD KNIGHTS series .

Sundstrom has created a world where the Knights of the Round Table come to life. Or, continue their lives as immortals. McKenna and Kellan provide the right amount of heat. The vampires provide the right amount of excitement. And the twists and turns with Kellan’s past, McKenna’s future, and the secret of the loyal Detective Miller, provide enough tension to keep turning pages to the end.
Fans of Sundstrom’s wolf series will definitely want to add Immortal Redeemed to their collection.

This author has a style of writing that just seems to flow over the pages. The words in this story kept me hanging on to the edge of my seat! This was throughout the entire story!! Linda has a way of bringing all her characters to life. I felt sympathetic to their situations. Even the "bad guys". I must dare say that I enjoyed the gray-haired vampire. There's twists, turns and surprises that I loved and did not see coming!! This is an awesome read!!

A great Paranormal Romance story.:)Who doesn't love tall, dark and immortal men?:)

I couldn't finish it. Some parts were really nice- the concepts were lovely. I just kept getting thrown out of the story because there was no sense of time or value of time.
First- the heroine is somehow a 26 year old emergency surgical RN who has a past life as apparently a detective? She went back to school to finish her nursing degree- so she started her career at what- 12? I would be able to believe it if she had been aged 35. In between her two careers and going back to school- she was also shot in the head- so wait wait wait-- the time line looks like :
Go to college, drop out and go to the police academy, graduate and become a police officer, have a serious relationship with partner, get shot in the head and recover, get back into nursing school, graduate, get a job as a surgical nurse(!) build up reputation as a *great* nurse -- all in the span of like five years?
Next- the first night of the story goes ON FOREVER- she gets done with a late shift and then manages to get attacked 790 times, meet multiple characters, participate in a police investigation, have at least three internal crises and have a wild one night stand-- all before the sun comes up.
Meanwhile she is bizarrely wishywashy-
She changes her mind about every single decision without any explanation or really any reason- from going home to go to see the exboyfriend, oh I dont want to want to see him, let's go back to the hospital oh god no I want to go home maybe I should go back to see my ex boyfriend?
I know the plot needs to move but this just doesn't make any sense. I gave up once she got the big reveal. She was just as squishy with her resolve in believing- and it just turned into a long point of exposition that wasn't any fun.
Keeping in mind I have no idea at all what was going on time-wise because there was just this giant ambiguous jump from crazy night to some other time probably a week later? The girl had some bruises but nothing exciting has happened worth mentioning in the days between?
Either way- i think this could have used a good editor to clean up the pace and some reference material for how long it actually takes to do all the things the main girl had done.
Also- the immortal dude from the crusades apparently has done not a single thing in ten centuries but this random girl has two degrees and like three serious life goals under belt in her mid twenties? What is even happening.
End of the day- three stars is all the love I have for this.

Kellan is an all mortal whom wants to end his life. He is tired of living. The one woman whom can end his life he is on this journey to find her, but the crazy thing is he falls in love with her and every turn someone or something is out to get her.
McKenna is a nurse a former detective she got shot in the head on the job. She is still also trying to get over her ex lover meets the sexist man ever on a Harley. She doesn’t know if he is good or bad but she is drawn to him. He saves her life multiple times. She wonders why is someone suddenly out to get her. Is is because of Kellan.
The more she tries to stay away the more she wants him. She did not even feel this way about her detective ex lover. The only thing I did not like was how she continually compared her ex lover to Kellan. To the point where I think she was even trying to make him jealous. All because he called off their so called relationship. From what I read they were only a hook up to each other.
So back to Kellan. Kellan has his work out for him and will he still want to end his life after falling fo McKenna. For a Harlequin Nocturne Book this story is great . It will keep you glued to it until the end because you truly want to see what will pop up next.
Maybe if they can get out of this Kellan and McKenna can ride out into the sunset on his Harley.

So back to Kellan. Kellan has his work out for him and will he still want to end his life after falling fo McKenna. For a Harlequin Nocturne Book this story is great . It will keep you glued to it until the end because you truly want to see what will pop up next.
Maybe if they can get out of this Kellan and McKenna can ride out into the sunset on his Harley.

Kellan, a Blood Knight, is drawn to Seattle to find the one person (McKenna) who can free him from what he has endured for centuries, fighting evil creatures without a connection to anyone. McKenna, a former cop who is a nurse, is drawn to Kellan like a moth to a flame. When creatures of the night and other supernatural beings appear, she discovers those around her are not what they seem. Despite these discoveries, those fighting to push her and Kellan apart, and Kellan's insistence she would be better without him, she fights alongside him. A suspenseful read with lots of twists, turns and surprises.

Enjoyed the book but took a long time to finish it. The story was a little hard to get into at first but once the action picked up it was a quick read

Kiss. Bed. Naked...Sex. Mystery. Danger. Smile. Eyes. Protection from...vampires. So, what’s next, my sexy immortal? OH HOLY BLOOD KNIGHTS!! What an ABSO-BLOODY-LUTELY FANGNOMENAL book! WOW! I am COMPLETELY blown away by how much I love, Love, LOVE this story! My first taste of Linda's writing was when I recently read her story Dewitched in A Wicked Halloween box set and while I LOVED IT, it also left me craving for more! So after much deliberation - she does have a LOT of mouth-watering books to choose from - I decided I wanted - NEEDED - to read Immortal Redeemed and it made one helluva impression! So much so that I am left with an ever bigger problem - which book to read next??? :) The story itself is BEYOND SOULTACULAR captivating me, ensnaring me from the cover & never letting me go! It is a little different than I expected, but that is a great thing! The heat level is there, but not heavily detailed, leaving the focus of their connection to each other to be more than "just physical". Mouths meeting. Bodies merging. Two lost souls finding each other. There is a lot of weight to the story as you would expect from an original Knight of the Round Table, but Linda does this so ABSO-FANG-LUTELY PERFECT that you can't help but be swept away from your world & life and into Kellan & McKenna's! The characters are so multifaceted, so complex, so REAL that I feel like this is more of a combined autobiography than a fictional story! The power this book has over me is SO HEARTMAZING, it is so hard to put it into words! Instantaneously I was transported into it, seeing, hearing, thinking, feeling, BEING Kellan, than becoming McKenna, sharing, experiencing, LIVING this momentous & soul changing part of their lives with them! Having always dreamt of an immortal soul mate (okay! A vampire soul mate... originally, but now that I have met other kinds – like Kellan, I am not so fussy! wink), Linda has given me that... or at least for a while! I did have to give him over to McKenna in the end! But it is still a gift I cherish! :-) The attention to EVERY detail, the expertly detailed descriptions not only bring every aspect of the story to life in my mind’s eye, but they are perfectly timed, never overloading you, never dragging or slowing down the pace of the story but rather are so perfectly balanced it enhances, enriches and gives depth to the characters, the storylines and to the story as a whole, in ways that are next-to-impossible to define or explain! You truly need to read it to believe it! To understand it! TO LIVE & LOVE IT!!! Of the hundreds of books I read each and every year, only those rare few affect me so deeply, that resonate within me, leaving me overwhelmed with emotion & in awe of the power that story has over me, and Immortal Redeemed is that book! The way that Linda tells the story, the beautifully unique & creativity of Kellan & his immortal "status", his history, McKenna and the two souls, the past lives that... well, let's just say that I found EVERY SINGLE ASPECT undeniable proof of just how phenomenally talented Linda truly is!! I am now beyond eager to binge on all of Linda's books and catch up on all of these PARA-NOMENAL books that have been missing from my tablet, my reading life and my heart & soul!
