Mated by her Alien

Rate this book
Emma is a smart, beautiful, curvy young woman who values her family over everything. So much so that she is willing to offer herself up as a potential mate on an alien planet just to keep her parents out of debt. It was a sacrifice she was more than happy to make for her family happy but she never imagined it might result in her own happiness as well. But when she meets Lian (a sexy, strong, alpha Arterian male) he changes all her previous views of love and romance. But unfortunately love might not be enough to keep them together when the world is fighting against them.

This is a standalone story following Emma's adventure in both finding and holding onto true love.

Eh....

I love alien romance novels, but this one doesn't do anything for me. It has a plot, but the characters have no depth. The day to day lives of the Arterians is just ignored. It get the impression they don't do anything all day.

The Arterians have no personality. They get the occasional look of surprise, but otherwise leave no clue to what they like, or what their past times are. Their TVs are hologram projectors that only view educational programming, such as documentaries or school programs, they have no special decorations for anything, including their homes.... I don't see the draw of a man like that.

What a sweet romance

This story is about an alien race who needs humans to help bring their population back from the brink, so they offer females money for their immediate family if they are willing to volunteer. And starts the story off. I enjoyed reading this book because it was a sweet romance, and I definitely needed one at this time. The plot was exciting. I received a free copy for an honest review.

I enjoy these books but my one disappointment is how very poor the proofreading was. Wrong words, poor spelling, jumbled sentences, no paragraphs. I could do a better job by far than whoever her proofreaders were. So enjoy the book but be prepared to be disappointed in it's construction.

Emma has volunteered to be mated to an Alien. She is Liam's life mate. This was a sweet story line with few bumps in the road for these two beings. An easy read by Ally Enne. I would like to see more books by her.

Once again

This author surprises me every time. Sometimes her stories don't have a HEA. This time it did. It was actually cute and romantic. Since it involved aliens, she had a lot of creative license on what happens with pregnancies. I still liked it.
