Beautiful book. Am interested in taking up this art! The basics in first pages, and what is needed is great. The advanced embroidery ideas and more is delightful, hope to come back to it in the future to apply? For now, will get some supplies as suggested and start the basic embroiders and practise-
Some fun projects, inspiration for combining patchwork and embroidery. This book doesn't have a disk with motifs, like her other books. Instead, they're printed in the book, which makes it more difficult to recreate them.
The book didn't quite have what I was looking for (I'm patching an old blanket passed down from my grandfather to make an heirloom piece), but it did have quite a few quaint projects!
