The Birth of Herobrine #2

Attack of the Shadow-Crafters

Rate this book
New York Times Bestselling author! What is as much fun for boys and girls as playing Minecraft? Going on a thrilling adventure into the game they love.

Trapped one hundred years in Minecraft’s past, Gameknight999 struggles to keep his real identity a secret from the villagers of long ago, all while preparing them for battle. Herobrine’s forces are getting closer every day, advancing across the Overworld and leaving a path of destruction in their wake.

Furious at Gameknight’s unexpected meddling, the evil virus takes revenge, creating the terrifying shadow-crafters. He gives these strange NPCs of darkness the power to build super-monsters, servants of Herobrine that are meaner, stronger, and more dangerous than anything Minecraft has ever seen before.

As casualties mount, it’s clear that every last bit of the villagers’ strength and bravery will be tested before the dust settles. Even worse, in the heat of battle the User-that-is-not-a-user will come face to face with Herobrine’s most terrible creation, a monster from his nightmares he thought he would never have to face again…

Sky Pony Press, with our Good Books, Racehorse and Arcade imprints, is proud to publish a broad range of books for young readers—picture books for small children, chapter books, books for middle grade readers, and novels for young adults. Our list includes bestsellers for children who love to play Minecraft; stories told with LEGO bricks; books that teach lessons about tolerance, patience, and the environment, and much more. In particular, this adventure series is created especially for readers who love the fight of good vs. evil, magical academies like Hogwarts in the Harry Potter saga, and games like Minecraft, Terraria, and Pokemon GO. While not every title we publish becomes a New York Times bestseller or a national bestseller, we are committed to books on subjects that are sometimes overlooked and to authors whose work might not otherwise find a home.

I loved this book because it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In this book, Herobrine (a virus in minecraft) crafts shadow-crafters. Shadow-crafters are entities that improve the dark and scary things in minecraft, for example, lava, zombies, skeletons, etc. In response, the Oracle (the anti-virus for Herobrine) comes and crafts light-crafters. Light-crafters are entities that improve the nice and helpful things in minecraft, for example, trees, water, ice, etc. Meanwhile Herobrine summoned a HUGE army of mobs but, Gameknight999 defeated them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The book "The Birth of Herobrine book two; Attack of The Shadow Crafter's" by Mark Cheverton is a great book about a human kid named Gameknight from our world gets sucked in to the world of Minecraft. In This book Gameknight leads a group of villagers across the overworld of minecraft by taking the name of one of the great villager warriors Smithy of The Two swords. He try's to defeat Herobrine. Along the way he runs into lots of problems and wonders who he really is. I recommend this book to students who absolutely love Minecraft.

This is a good book. I think it is better than some of the book in the hole series because it is different. normalcy the books seem to sometimes be the same as before but this one is also different. It figuratively kept it on the edge of my seat even tho you know Gamenight999 will win it is still suspenseful.
