All runners know a strong core is important for running. I tend to slack on the core exercises so I tried reading this for some inspiration.

Worked, for one day. LOL!

Great exercises but nothing new. Instead of rereading this I'd watch a fitness video.

Achieves the objective problems and describing the issue indirectly, it could do with more ideas on how to strengthen the core rather than just diagnosing problems. Maybe a list of good running exercises to prepare you for spring or long distance running.

It was an easy read and will serve as a reference to look back and do the exercises. No real new information presented.
