Olivia Reed wanted a change of scenery, someone else wanted her dead. In order to stay alive, she has to trust Joe Reed – except he might be the one trying to kill her.
Olivia made a wrong decision and that decision is now getting back to her. The question is who can she trust with her life?
This short read had me from page one. I was with Olivia through her very intense emotions. I was scared for her, worried for her safety. I wanted her to make it out alive. I wanted everything to turn out okay. If an author can make you feel for her characters, then you know she is extremely talented. This is the very case with Sutton. I felt for her character. My heart raced when I thought all hope was lost. My mind questioned on who could be trusted. My heart dropped when I realized how dangerous Olivia's situation actually was.
The ending was a little more rushed than the rest of the book, but that didn't take away from the enjoyment I felt throughout. Highly recommended for those who like short suspenseful books! A definite 5-star book!
