Bailey Hoskins has just discovered he's a mutant. For someone who's never been special, never stood out, discovering he's "gifted" is truly a gift- entry into the halls of Xavier's School for Gifted Children and into the ranks of the world-famous X-Men! Unfortunately...Bailey might just be the worst X-Man ever.
Poor Bailey! His parents are dead, his mutant power sucks, and the chick he thinks is going to help him into becoming a man is no normal run of the mill mutant chick but da da da.... Jennifer Lawrence!
Or if you are like me.... DA DA DAaaaaaaaaaaaa Rebecca Romaine when she still was a Stamos!!
I'm really enjoying this comic! Has a ton of LOLs in it!
While it's a big leap for my suspension of belief that Mystique would involve herself in this way, I can accept that as a means to push the story forward. And the story is a lot of fun. I got caught snickering over a few lines and the fact that I care about this character says a lot for the talent of the creative team.
