In 1977, Steve Daniels was asked to participate in illustrating a map of the Little Salt Springs sinkhole in the Florida Everglades. As he worked closely with archaeologists and SCUBA divers at the site, he learned that the sinkhole and the artifacts being found were only part of the story. Years later Steve Daniels wrote SINK, a semi-autobiographical account of the mysterious events and findings that occurred while mapping the site. With SINK: Secrets Unearthed, Steve Daniels sheds light on the actual experiences that led to his breakout novel.
