I love these Usborne puzzle books. As you are reading the book you answer questions and puzzles before turning the page. In this book a boy is going on a school outing to a dinosaur park.

Miss 6 enjoyed this and insisted it was imperative we do the entire book in one sitting :) I liked that there was a mix of visual-only puzzles (like mazes) and logic puzzles (word/visual) like working out which lunchbox goes with each child.

Miss 6 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.

This is such a cute book. I really liked it.

It's about puzzles - and has an elementary school theme. The reade has to look at all the pictures and find items that are missing.

I think this book is great for children who have started to read and want to explore their horizons academically.

The illustrations by Brenda Haw are great.

SOOOOO FUN! I have a newer copy, and it's really good. You get to do so many interactive things. My personal favourite pages were the parts where you get to figure out who's pack lunches are who's and when you get some clues to find peoples parents at home time.🧩🏫
