This coloring book made me feel like Goldilocks finally finding the right bed. When I look at children's coloring books, I think it's way too simple and kind of boring. When I look at grown up coloring books I think "there's more black than white, what am I supposed to color?!" BUT when I look at Kimberly Kay's Enchanted Kingdom coloring book I think "ah, just right." There's magic, quotes from the enchanting stories we all know and love, plus just enough variation that I'm excited to get to the next page. If you want to color in your own happy ending, I highly suggest a cup of tea, a mind ready to day dream, sharp pencils, and this coloring book.

I received a copy of “Enchanted Kingdom” for review purposes – and, of course, for my coloring enjoyment. And the book promises many hours of just that. Kay’s illustrations are indeed enchanting – rich with detail, and full of fairytale magic – while Gephart’s typography sprinkled throughout adds a classy literary touch.

A note for consumers who prefer to remove pages from their coloring books: The pages of “Enchanted Kingdom” are not perforated, and are printed on both sides. Also, many of the pictures come as a grand double-page spread. So take care with tearing and art supplies prone to bleeding through paper.

For fans of tales from “Swan Lake” to “Cinderella”, this is a coloring collection poised to delight.

Hey guys, it's the illustrator here! Thought you might enjoy a peek inside the book: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPz1X.... Link goes to the youtube video titled "Enchanted Kingdom: A Fairy-Tale Coloring Book flip through" I SWEAR THIS ISN'T SPAM. But, in the great words of Bill Nye "You don't have to take my word for it." ;)
