Ok
Okay...I originally was going to give this book three stars...why? Because as others have stated, the whole "dark skinned" "dark haired" woman seriously got on my nerves. I didn't need to be reminded what her complexion was. Also (and I'm being nitpicky here) why did all the Russians last name end in "ov"? How about..."ski", "off", or even "ova". Anyhoo, despite the little annoyances, Ms. Greener weaved a good tail off suspense and romance.
Sidenote: So I guess after three months, Cadence curly dark hair grew to her waist!? Did anyone else catch that?

Love it
I so love espionage thrillers mixed in with hot sex and intrigue....this in my opinion is Cristina's best written book...the action,suspense,romance is written expertly...like you are watching a Jason Bourne movie ...except the heroine is a black female..hope there is a sequel...Osip wants revenge badly...now that his trusted pet Demyan has defected to the U.S....looking forward to seeing if Demyan and Credance romance continues..

Surprisingly, Very Good!
It has been awhile since I read anything by Ms. Grenier, so I had forgotten how well she writes. This book was keep-you-on-the-edge-of-your-seat good!! Cadence was sexy, determined and dangerous, and Demyan was damaged, powerful and sexy! Together, they were explosive! Whew! It's been awhile since I've read a book that had me holding my breath! Good job, Ms. Grenier!

This was by far one of the best Cristina has written so far. Edge of the seat ,nail biting, butterflies on your stomach kind of reading. The characters were highly developed. And the back story about Danyen, brought you right up to speed and where you needed to be. And it was a full story with no cliffhangers. An amazing read!!

I decided to give Cristina Grenier's book a chance after reading a review on Facebook by someone in the Interracial Romance Readers Group. Let me just say that I was not disappointed.
The chemistry she created between Demyan and Cadence was exhilarating. I can't wait to read another book written by Cristina.

I Received an ARC of this story for an honest review
I enjoyed reading this one I just couldn’t put my tablet down .
(A huge pet peeve of mine is this: using the term of dark skinned or dark haired frequently! That is soooo annoying )
btw. Hair doesn’t grow that fast (just saying!)

Why so many references to "the young woman", "dark haired woman", "dark haired man" etc.? Just "she" or "he" would have sufficed. I was really distracted.
But the hero is a yummy Russian alpha and the love scenes are hot.

Different
To me this book was different than what most of Christina's books are. I really enjoyed it. The ending was not the normal HEA .....But then again it was. I think this is one of her better works

Great read
I like the way it held my interest the whole time. I felt like it took me though all of the emotions and at the end leaving me happy. It was action packed and suspenseful. It was a good read.

Love this book
This book had mystery, love, and suspense all in it. And the H and h had great chemistry in the story. Author did a great job with this story and this is the second book I read from this author, will make sure to add her in my to read list

I loved this book. It was full of espionage and romance. The storyline, and characters were believable. I couldn't put the book down.
