An encouraging collection of meditations offers positive reinforcement for every day of the year that renews reader perspective on what teaching is really all about and provides guidance on how to cultivate a positive outlook. Original.
365 Meditations for Teachers was nice reading. I think that anyone who has children might enjoy reading it. (My son's over 40, so....)
And there are some good meditations for us grownups, too. I think that a lot of people need to learn how to cope with life, no matter how old we are. I learned some things I hadn't thought about before, as I've been getting inspirational and spiritual meditation books before which concentrated on the inner self, not ones for developing self-esteem and such. This is a very thought-provoking book, as far as I'm concerned, and one I'll keep for future rereading.
