Over the last ten years, he has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures in consulting, training & education and recruitment technology & services. He was covered by the CNBC TV-18 program "Young Turks" in 2008.

I received this book through goodreads giveaway. This is one of the best books I have ever read, thanks to quality of content as well as my requirements. The writing style is interesting and makes one ease into reading it. Being a college student, this book has been particularly quite significant for me. For any job seeker, this book would help them make decisions in a clear and logical way. A great one and a must read.

I bought it last week and really impressed with the content. I found it bulky initially but I proved myself wrong when I started with the first chapter..It engrosses you so much that I completed 4 chapters the very first day..The real situation examples and how Indian market is shaping up is well captured in these lessons. Though it will be totally up to me to search my "Dream Job" and join it, but Yes this book is giving me very useful and logical steps to be taken to land there!! Kudos to the authors..

Interesting book, especially for active job seekers. The good part is that the advice is embedded in a story, so it is lighter reading that what I thought it would be, before starting.

Recommend it for all college students and also professionals with experience as many of us really have no idea what goes behind the job sites and how recruiters shortlist candidates.
