I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I love Elisabeth's books so I was excited to see that she was coming out with a novella. I am unfamiliar with the Hope Falls series, so I made a point of asking if that made a difference. I was told that it didn't and I should be okay. And I was!

Georgia is ready for a change. She is tired of living in a town where everyone knows her and her business. When her friend Deanna mentions that there is a job open in her town of Hope Falls, Georgia jumps at the chance. She goes out there for an interview, as well as a little R&R and meets Deanna's cousin, Everett.

Everett is in town temporarily and to say that these two hit it off is a bit of an understatement. As soon as they meet it is quite clear that they are attracted to each other. They resist because it is a bad idea, but we all know how that goes. ;-)

I liked Everett and Georgia together. Their chemistry was off the charts, but they were also very playful.
“So, what do I have to look forward to if I do well, teacher?” A grin pulled up one corner of his mouth.

“We’ll start simple. If you skate over to me, I’ll give you a kiss on the lips this time. The next time, I’ll move farther back, and if you make it to me, I’ll include some tongue. The time after that…maybe I’ll let you grope me if no one’s looking.” She winked. “You get the idea.”

Everett liked this playful side of Georgia. There was no doubt about it—this woman was as multifaceted as the surface of a diamond and just as rare and beautiful.

“Well then, I can guarantee you I’m about to receive an A—for effort, at least.” Without hesitation, he pushed off with his right foot and propelled forward. A little too hard, unfortunately. His arms thrashed at his sides as he tried to regain his balance, but it was of little use. He landed smack on his ass. But hey, at least he didn’t take her out with him.

Georgia’s hands flew up to her face to stifle her laugh. “Are you okay?” she mumbled through her red mittens.

“I appreciate your concern, and yes, I’m fine.” He awkwardly got to his feet, having to use the arm Georgia extended to help him. When he was standing again, he rubbed at the sore spot on his butt. “Now about that kiss.” He arched an eyebrow.
So adorable! The more time these two spend together, the more they realize that it could grow into more, but with both of their futures a bit unknown, they have to be willing to take the leap into a future with each other.

This book is short and takes place in a book universe that is new to Elisabeth Grace, but it was so well done and made me curious about the rest of the series. There are some great secondary characters in this book and I can see myself going back to get caught up on the lives of the Hope Falls gang!

I love how some authors are able to convey so many feelings and emotions in just a short novella, and Elisabeth did just that with Off-Limits Love. It's sweet and sexy, funny, and full of heart. I want to move to Hope Falls and be friends with this gang and eat chili at Sue Ann’s even though I don’t like chili!

Georgia is one of those heroines you really can’t help liking, even if she is drop dead gorgeous with a killer body. She’s completely relatable, confidant, and not afraid to laugh at herself.

Like Georgia I instantly fell in lust with Everett, I mean come on...the eyes, the hair, the scruff! But then as we get to know him we realize he's not just a pretty face and hot bod. Everett’s been dealing with a tragedy that happened three years ago by never staying in one place for too long, never developing any meaningful relationships, never allowing himself to open up and experience love. But Georgia is hoping that maybe, just maybe, she’ll be able to convince him that what they share is worth letting go of all that’s held him back.

Everett and Georgia are so perfect together! You could feel their connection from the beginning- the attraction and chemistry was off the charts, but you could tell it was more than that, even if Everett was trying to fight it. I may have even shed a few tears as the lightbulb finally went off for these tow.

This novella was absolutely wonderful, the characters and location so real and charming, I’m ready to pack my bags and hit the road to Hope Falls.

***arc received in exchange for an honest review, but this in one novella I will be buying!

I needed something short, sweet, and a bit light after reading a few tear-jerkers. Thank goodness I found Off-Limits Love by Elisabeth Grace. And for me who happens to live in the biggest of big cities, its always nice to escape to a small town! This book had the right amount of humor, sexiness and drama to keep me reading.

I LOVED Georgia. That woman is brave and sassy and just a touch apprehensive when it comes to love. She is ready to move forward with her life and is taking a chance in Hope Falls where her best friend, Deanna lives. Her first night in the quaint small town she comes face to face with a man who stuns her silent. Too bad he's Deanna's cousin- that means he's off limits...no touching.

Oh that Everett...tall, dark, sexy and broody. He's a bit of a recluse- its his own doing after a tragedy befell him in the past. For some reason, he can't get his mind off of Georgia, and after circumstances find them spending some time together he decides to throw caution to the wind. Whew! The chemistry between these two was undeniable and they really steamed up the sheets. When Everett confided in Georgia what led to his nomad ways my heart clenched it was just heartbreaking.

I really loved Everett and Georgia as individuals but together they were so much more. The best parts of them shone through and they brought it out in each other. I didn't see the jaw dropping twist that came towards the end. Elisabeth Grace had my heart pounding and I was reading furiously to try and find out what happened. This short story is jam packed full of laughter, sweetness, friendship, family and love. Which as Georgia and Everett learn, is never off-limits.

Georgia Reynold's made a plan to move away from her small town and memories of her ex. Her idea is to relocate to another small town that is home to her best friend Deanna. She just needs to nail the interview, secure a new job there and start fresh.

Georgia travels to Hope Falls and is instantly entranced with Everett, who is also Deanna's cousin. The sparks instantly ignite for him too.

They both want to friend zone each other for different reasons. Can they keep their attraction at bay?

Everett Bishop has wandered through the last three years roaming the country and trying to escape his memories and guilt. One tragic night haunts him and prevents him from allowing himself to be happy.

When he meets Georgia, he's reminded that life and love don't always play by your rules. Will his feelings for her change his mind or send him running away yet again?

This was a great about Georgia & Everett, allowing yourself forgiveness and permission to live again!

The author always twines great characters, hot steamy scenes and humor into a wonderful story!

“Was there ever a time and place to revisit the most difficult moment of your life?”

What a sweet, sexy, fun read!

Georgia & Everett have a fierce connection. They both have their reasons for not wanting to pursue each other and the story sizzles with tension. The buildup is great with lots of fun and humor, as well as some foreboding to keep you on edge. I loved all of the characters of this story. The wit & banter kept a smile on my face.

Elisabeth reaches in and fills us with many emotions in this story. It’s a wonderful, fun read!

This is an excellent short story that is very well developed, even though it's a novella the story flows well and doesn't feel at all rushed. The characters and their relationships provide a great dynamic, and it makes me want to join their little group. I loved the lighthearted banter between Everett and Georgia, and their chemistry is off the charts hot!! Short and sweet read that's exactly what I needed this week.

What a sweet short story, but filled with enough details that you fall in love with the characters. Everett tall and handsome, Georgia is a ray of sunshine. They are a perfect combination, they compliment each other well. Their friends are funny and perfect with a small town. This is a must read. Once again Elisabeth has done it. It's a great story.

A light but heartfelt novella set in Hope Falls. Everett and Georgia hit it off on sight, but it took some maneuvering to get Everett to step out of his funk after the accident that changed him 3 years ago. Georgia was just what he needed.

I have a love/hate relationship with novellas. I enjoy the fun, quick read but often feel like the story isn't complete or some portion of it is rushed. Ms. Grace did an excellent job of avoiding both of those issues in Off-Limits Love.

I enjoyed Georgia and Everett and felt like I got to know them both just enough to connect with them. The instant chemistry was fun to watch as was their desire to not make things awkward with her friend/his cousin when things ended.

For such a short book, there was an excellent balance in all elements of the story line. I would have loved to have gotten to know Georgia and Everett a little more, but overall was very happy with the way things worked out.

Elisabeth does a fantastic job telling a complete, well written story in a short novella. Georgia applies for a job in Hope Falls, where her BFF Deanna lives. While there interviewing for the position Deanna introduces her to her friends/family and shows her around to help convince her Hope Falls is where she should reside. Georgia meets Everette and although they shouldn't be together, they can't help but enjoy spending time together. They are the perfect couple that I was cheering for a HEA. This is a light, fast read with a bit of steam. I really enjoyed it!

my mind has never been so entwined in a novella before. from start to finish I was on a need to know more discovery. I loved every second of this sweet sweet story.

Georgia needs a change in her life and decides to apply for a job in her old college roommates hometown. Off to Hope Falls for an interview she meets the unexpected and he's everything a girl would want. but deep down there maybe more to hum that he wears on his shoulder.

a must read short love story!

What I loved is how the author kept the Hope Falls feeling. And I really liked Georgia...

But I wasn't a fan of Everett. Wish he took his head out of his a** sooner. Feels like they got a HFN instead of an HEA.....IMO
