The year is 1968, and twenty-year-old Connie's world is rapidly changing. The Vietnam War is taking her friends, race riots tear apart the country, and her younger sister, Angie, formerly lively and full of fun, begins to distance herself from the older sisters with whom she’s always been close. When Angie begins to take mysterious trips her parents refuse to explain, Connie sets out to find answers to what's happening. Her search uncovers a tragic incident in Vermont history that changed the lives of her entire family and threatens to do it again.
