Stark After Dark is the complete collection of Damien and Nikki's novella and I can sum up all those books in one word. HOT!
I've said it before and I will say it again... I love J Kenner for writing more and more Damien and Nikki novellas. She keeps feeding this Damien and Nikki lover every single time she announces she is going to release a new Stark Ever After Novella.
All the novellas are quick but pack a punch leaving you wanting more after you finish. These books provide insight on Damien and Nikki Stark's life after their wedding and I can't even begin to tell you how much my heart sighs every time I read about them.
As it is always with Damien and Nikki, as a reader I can't help but be immersed with them in their passion, intensity, love and any ride they take me on. This book is all parts sexy and sweet and telling us about the the life that comes after the Happy Ever After.

Deliciously sexy, sweet and heartwarming—that’s what all of these book have. Kenner doesn’t disappoint with the continuation of these two fan favorites.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I will ever have enough of Nikki and Damien. These two made me fall in love with the genre and are always my go-to when I need to get out of a book funk. I have read and reviewed each of these novellas separately and I think it is brilliant J. Kenner has put all of these spectacular books together.
One would think that repeated themes would happen after all of the stories, but you won't encounter that here. Stark is still as panty-melting as day one!

Stark After Dark is the perfect title for the collection of novellas that continue to provide readers with insights of Damien and Nikki Starks’ life after their wedding. Each story showcases what readers have loved about this couple from the beginning – the way they infuse both fantasy and reality into their relationship and the way they take care of each other regardless of what or who rears their heads at them.
Take Me
After finishing Complete Me, I so needed an Epilogue so that I could see these two tortured souls finally find their happiness despite their pasts and the negative people still part of their lives, and this is exactly what I got in Take Me. Although it’s short, it gives readers that happily ever after feel and
Have Me
In Have Me, Damien grants Nikki’s every wish, and no matter what tries to ruin their honeymoon, they find what they need in each other’s hearts and bodies so that even when Nikki’s fear gets the better of her and she’s afraid that she’ll lose Damien, he is always there to remind her that as much as he owns her, she owns him as well.
Play Me
Since the first book of the Stark Trilogy, Damien and Nikki have played the game of seduction, pushing each other’s limits in the most delicious ways. But even when their connection seemed to be only physical, their encounters, while playful, always had an intense undertone – one that would see them through a variety of hellish situations and allow their love to blossom into something neither of them could live without.
This time around, in Play My Game, Damien takes Nikki on a Valentine’s adventure with the end game being everything that Nikki could ever dream of, and it also allows readers to go down memory lane with our favorite couple as they reminisce about their special places and how amazing their life is together. The quest that Damien takes Nikki on is one that any one of us would gladly take in order to experience the pleasure/pain that Damien offers.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas…right? Well, when it comes to Damien and Nikki’s role playing, nowhere is off limits and anything goes, so Sin City is the perfect place for seduction and regardless of their Mr. and Mrs. Status, they love to blend fantasy with reality, and when they’re together, there’s nothing to gamble because they always win!
Stark After Dark continues Damien and Nikki’s story, and I for one can’t get enough of it, so I hope J Kenner pens more of their adventures!

Enjoyable Read
This was an enjoyable read although not as good as the first 3 books in the Stark Series. Not much of a storyline, it mainly flitted between Nikki’s insecurity and their sex life.
I’d recommend these to anyone who loves the Stark Series and wanted a bit more of their story though it’s a bit slow it’s still an enjoyable read. Even though it’s supposed to be 4 separate books they’re very short and there’s not much more than one book in total.
I’d recommend these to anyone who’s fallen in love with the Starks.

Naughty little package of novellas
Warning… again. This collection of Stark Series novellas are intended to follow on from the first three main books in the Stark Series. Before you read these, you MUST read all the three fantastic books so that you get to fall in love with the beautiful couple that is Nikki and Damien. You won’t regret it… I promise.
So, this four part anthology contains tantalising tales from the post engagement days of Damien Stark and his new fiancée Nikki Fairchild. It’s fair to say that they’ve both been put through the wringer to get where they are but with each snippet style story in this collection it shows just how perfect they are for each other.
The first is the wedding and when her witch of a mother arrives to ‘help’ with preparations Nikki hopes that she may have decided to put their quarrels aside. But as she meddles, moans and messes with every one of Nikki’s plans it becomes apparent that Nikki’s day will not be her own vision. Will Nikki sacrifice her dream wedding to please her interfering mother happy? I don’t think so.
From the wedding we get the honeymoon. And what a wonderful surprise Damien has arranged for them. He goes to painstaking lengths to give her the trip of a lifetime and it almost goes to plan. But the paparazzi are never too far behind and as pictures and stories leak and cause chaos they find themselves seeking a destination that will give them the peace and solitude they deserve.
The next instalment is Valentine’s Day. Not one to be outdone, Damien Stark is a man of great skill at building tension and drawing out his well played game. His scavenger hunt leads Nikki on a merry dance around places that have made an impression on their lives together and it’s truly fabulous. But as always, there is someone trying their best to darken their special day. But since when has Damien backed down from a fight… and now he has his wife to fight for, he’ll stop at nothing to win and keep her safe and happy. However, this time whoever is stirring up trouble has tried to bring down Nikki’s friend too and the consequences could be dire.
The last of the anthology is a little trip to Vegas. What was supposed to be a girls weekend with Nikki and her best friend Jamie ends up being a cheeky trip of casinos, shopping and some sexy stranger role play with her delicious husband. Once again, trouble always rears its head, but this time it’s when an old friend of Nikki and Jamie’s desperately needs their help. Will they be able to save their friend without causing further damage?
Great set of short stories that I’ve really enjoyed reading. Damien and Nikki have become one of my favourite ever couples because their love for each other is just so strong and deep. They support and care for each other in a way that makes the other feel so loved and cherished that it warms your heart with every page.
I definitely need to read the spin off series with Jamie and Ryan though, because I love them too.
Loving this author. Some really amazing characters and easy writing style that allows the reader to get truly immersed in the world of Damien Stark. And what a fantastic world that would be.

J.Kenner’s Stark Trilogy has a very special place in my heart, this series was among my first #AFSoG reads and Damien & Nikki’s story has stayed with me. I have honestly lost count of the number of times that I read each book in this series – to this day, I am completely enamored. Kenner gave us a couple that faced down and beat back their challengers and enemies; in the end, standing strong for each other. THEN there are the novellas. I devoured each and every one, because J. Kenner found new and inventive ways to tell the ever-after of this dynamic couple.
And now we get them all in a single collection!! The stories in Stark After Dark are simply slices of heaven for fans of Nikki and Damien Stark. They have found their happiness and we get to share it. Take Me, Have Me, Play My Game, and Seduce Me are each imaginative and sexy peeks into their marriage. They are alternatively swoony and panting meltingly hot. We get Damien Stark in all of his billionaire alpha glory and his Darling Nikki, is every bit of powerhouse.
This collection made me want even more Damien and Nikki. But more than that, I would still love to get Damien’s POV — it doesn’t have to be big — but maybe a check-in that gives us a quick trip into Damien Stark’s head? Please?

Good, Bad, and Steaming Hot
I should confess before we go any further that Damien Stark is my forever BBF (book boyfriend). As such, there's a chance that I'm biased. Hehehe.... He really is all that and a bag of chips. 😘🥵
These novelettes are after Nikki Fairchild says yes, proving that even HEAs aren't always without bumps. Of course, these two make even the worst of times look good and wicked hot. 😉
Each story, each challenge solidifies their relationship. I liked all of them with Seduce Me being my favorite of the bunch.
Prior reading is strongly encouraged.
I read or read along with the audio books. The narrator, Sofia Willingham, continues to deliver quality narration for Nikki. 🎧❤️🎧

Take Me 🌟🌟🌟🌟 .5 - Here Comes the... Mother of the Bride?
4.5 stars - Nikki and Damien give whole new meaning to the words sizzling and explosive! Their relationship is as solid as ever, and the chemistry continues to shine on the pages. As they embark on the legal joining of their partnership, hiccups continue to occur but together they can conquer anything - even Nikki's horrible mother (and she IS horrible) - and have the wedding they both want.
UPDATED 5/2022:
This is the second time, I think, that I've read this. Well, really, this time I listened. But alas, it's the last audio in the series that my local library has on offer so I'll be switching to my books (they're so pretty on my shelf).
I really do love how Damien and Nikki have formed a partnership. Sure, she's not always 100% upfront with him about how the wedding planning is going - at the same time, that's never been his MO either - but they read each other well and find a way to be there when it counts.
I've mentioned this in the other three books of the series but I shall repeat myself. Sofia Willingham sounds EXACTLY as I've imagined Nikki all these years. She does a good job with Damien, but it's not as I expected him to sound.

They're married! (...finally!) Damien and Nikki are still my favorite book couple. This book is chock full of steamy, erotic scenes but something just feels... not quite right. I don't regret a moment of reading it, but I didn't fly through it as I have with the other books from Julie that I've read. Plenty of set-up for future installments is provided though, and the club had so much potential to be more than the one partial chapter it received (perhaps future characters can indulge in it?)

I'm glad I went back to read this again. I'm not changing my rating, but I enjoyed it more this time around.
Damien Stark is my forever BBF. His unwavering devotion to and insatiable sexual appetite for Nikki Fairchild Stark are fantastic. Add in his dominating personality and... yeah, I'm a sucker for him. 😘💜🔥

I love the little game. It's cute and thoughtful and fun. Damien Stark and Nikki Fairchild Stark are starting their life as husband and wife. They are sweet, adorable (don't tell Damien I called him that!), and so very frisky. 🔥🔥🔥
For a couple with a serious case of insta-love and moving at the speed of light, truer words couldn't be spoken.
Of course, some haters have come out of the woodwork. Ugh! But even more fascinating are the introduction of Jackson Steele and more glimpses of Ryan Hunter with Jamie. Both men get their own books, so that's something else to look forward to. 🎉💥 (I've read Jackson's series and there's a reason he's a close second on my BBF list, tied with Gideon Cross.)

Damien Stark continues to prove why he's my number one BBF. I mean, the things this man does.... *sigh*
I love Nikki Fairchild Stark's weekend jaunt with her bestie, Jamie. It gives Nikki and Damien an opportunity to indulge in some role playing that is sweet, spicy, and all things I love about them.
I like that Damien and Nikki are secondary characters to the drama that unfolds. Do I love that they selflessly step in to help another? Absolutely! But, I also love that they aren't in the center of it. It's a refreshing change of pace.

Take Me 🌟🌟🌟🌟 .5 - Here Comes the... Mother of the Bride?
4.5 stars - Nikki and Damien give whole new meaning to the words sizzling and explosive! Their relationship is as solid as ever, and the chemistry continues to shine on the pages. As they embark on the legal joining of their partnership, hiccups continue to occur but together they can conquer anything - even Nikki's horrible mother (and she IS horrible) - and have the wedding they both want.

This is the second time, I think, that I've read this. Well, really, this time I listened. But alas, it's the last audio in the series that my local library has on offer so I'll be switching to my books (they're so pretty on my shelf).
I really do love how Damien and Nikki have formed a partnership. Sure, she's not always 100% upfront with him about how the wedding planning is going - at the same time, that's never been his MO either - but they read each other well and find a way to be there when it counts.
I've mentioned this in the other three books of the series but I shall repeat myself. Sofia Willingham sounds EXACTLY as I've imagined Nikki all these years. She does a good job with Damien, but it's not as I expected him to sound.

They're married! (...finally!) Damien and Nikki are still my favorite book couple. This book is chock full of steamy, erotic scenes but something just feels... not quite right. I don't regret a moment of reading it, but I didn't fly through it as I have with the other books from Julie that I've read. Plenty of set-up for future installments is provided though, and the club had so much potential to be more than the one partial chapter it received (perhaps future characters can indulge in it?)

For a couple with a serious case of insta-love and moving at the speed of light, truer words couldn't be spoken.
Of course, some haters have come out of the woodwork. Ugh! But even more fascinating are the introduction of Jackson Steele and more glimpses of Ryan Hunter with Jamie. Both men get their own books, so that's something else to look forward to. 🎉💥 (I've read Jackson's series and there's a reason he's a close second on my BBF list, tied with Gideon Cross.)
Seduce Me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - Mixing Fantasy and Reality
Damien Stark continues to prove why he's my number one BBF. I mean, the things this man does.... *sigh*
I love Nikki Fairchild Stark's weekend jaunt with her bestie, Jamie. It gives Nikki and Damien an opportunity to indulge in some role playing that is sweet, spicy, and all things I love about them.
I think it is because he has so thoroughly claimed me that there is never a moment when I am not blissfully and totally aware of him.

I like that Damien and Nikki are secondary characters to the drama that unfolds. Do I love that they selflessly step in to help another? Absolutely! But, I also love that they aren't in the center of it. It's a refreshing change of pace.

4.5 Sizzling Stars!!
Oh how I love Damien Stark!!! He's found his perfect match in Nikki Fairchild. To have four of the novellas put into one book is fabulous beyond words because I can just read back to back to back. We get the wedding, the honeymoon (Damien style) to their first Valentine's Day as a married couple and then as if they need any spicing up, they're living out a fantasy which just takes it up just another notch....
One of the things I love most about Damien is how he is everything Nikki needs when she needs it - her lover, protector, best friend and everything that comes in between. As I'm reading this anthology, I felt Nikki's pain when her mother shows up and I gasped when he reveals their honeymoon, I literally squealed myself!
Not that I thought it was possible, but the love scenes in these books are even steamier than what we've read of these two before. Needless to say, there's no lack of creativity from both of them when it comes to pleasuring each other.
Overall, I absolutely LOVED having all this Damien and Nikki in one book and I know I'll be reading these again in the very near future when I do a binge read of all my Stark books.

This book is filled with four anthologies about Damien and Nikki. It starts with them planning for there wonderful wedding. I love how these stories were back to back and I definitely loved that I got more Damien.
Of course those who have been married know that no wedding day is perfect and I loved how Kenner showed that. From Nikki's mother showing up to people breaking into there hotel room on their honeymoon.
And of course in Jenner fashion you get lots of hot scenes and suspense added in the mix. Damien is still sweet but yet he still has this animalistic side that I just freaking loved!

Planning a wedding is stressful to begin with but when you’re marrying a man like Damien Stark there is even more stress. Nikki knows what she wants for their wedding but will outside forces change everything for them before they walk down the aisle or will she get the wedding she dreamed about?
J Kenner did an amazing job capturing Damien and Nikki’s wedding and giving her readers a chance to catch up with the couple. Lots of trilogy’s end leaving the reader wanting more. Not many authors will give you a chance catch up and see how the couple is doing. As a reader, I got attached to Damien and Nikki so having a series of novella come out and gives us just a little bit more of how their life has continued. J Kenner brought back many characters from the trilogy and tying everything in to build a perfect wedding and getting them ready for their own stories to come out. Of course no wedding is drama free and J Kenner portrayed Damien and Nikki’s in true fashion and style.

Damien like always is in control and has planned the perfect honeymoon for Nikki. He wanted it to reflect who they are as a couple. Taking Nikki to the places she only dreamed of visiting was just the start but Damien had planned on making the most of the experiences he had in store for her. Unfortunately with the past both of them have there seems to always be something to break their happiness up. Nikki being the strong-willed, loving and caring person knows that she is, doesn’t blame Damien and does her best to make sure he knows that being with him is the most important part of their honeymoon. Leave it to Damien to make an amazing recovery.

I love the Stark Trilogy, each novella that has come after has kept me up-to-date on what’s going on in their lives. I love how even though the series is over, we the readers still get an update and share moments like this with the characters. I love how strong and sure Nikki is of herself and of her relationship with Damien. She’s a woman who can handle just about anything as long as she can cuddle up to Damien at night. Damien being the Alpha male he is, has never disappoints me. His protective side comes out whenever someone threatens anyone he cares about, not just Nikki.
Getting to share their first Valentine’s Day with an amazing story was great and I look forward to another novella in the series so I can catch up with Damien and Nikki! If you haven’t read the Stark Trilogy or any of the Ever After Series I highly recommend that you do!

Just when Nikki thinks Damien is too busy to talk to her she spots him in the bar she knows he’s up to something and the game begin.
I was given this novella in exchange for an honest review and boy did J Kenner bring fantasy to life. Nikki thought the weekend in Vegas was just a girl’s weekend until she realized she’d have much more fun if Damien was with her. Her best friend Jamie is in agreement as she was missing her boyfriend Ryan Hunter, head of Stark International Security. Nikki knows that she’s secure enough in her relationship to know that her husband is a busy man but being strong, fun loving and caring doesn’t keep you warm at night. When she catches sight of Damien, he keeps his mysterious persona up by indulging in a fantasy with his wife.
J Kenner wrote this in true style to the characters. Damien is a man who can be very serious but likes to have fun and play games that he knows what the outcome will be. These two have a past that keeps popping up taking away some of the fun in their secret game. J Kenner keeps the mystery in the book while seducing her readers into Damien’s little game and leaving them breathless. This is just another great extension of the Stark trilogy you don’t want to miss.

Its been awhile since I have been in the Stark world and I was not disappointed. Each novella is quick look into Damien and Nikki's life as they get married and go on their honeymoon. Of course, it would not be Damien and Nikki if their past does not come back to haunt them and try to cause trouble.

This is features a combination of novellas for Damien and Nikki, told only from her perspective. There isn't anything in this edition that wasn't in the individual stories. Please see my reviews for the individual stories to see what I felt for each one. Essentially they all feature, steamy scenes, drama, some action, and something stupid. If you are invested into the Starks, this is a must read.

TAKE ME: TAKE ME is a welcome storyline-one that is lighter in tone than the previous instalments but not without some controversy of its’ own. J. Kenner writes a storyline that is edgy, sensual and erotic, without any of the over-the-top angst of regret or what ifs and whys. Nikki will come into her own and take command when the time comes and I think every woman, may at one time or another, felt the same way that our heroine felt, when pushed one too many times.

HAVE ME: J. Kenner pulls the reader into a fast paced, erotic storyline that builds towards the next installment in a series where the leading couple continues to find themselves the center of negative attention and unwanted publicity. Saying that, there is a bit of a cliff hanger, so to speak, in that several issues have not been addressed or resolved, and therefore are most likely introductory plot points for future storylines. The majority of the novella focuses on Damien and Nikki’s sex life; on sexual situations and erotic imagery-the storyline lacks any real substance or depth; real life takes a back seat to the numerous sex scenes and situations.

PLAY MY GAME: PLAY MY GAME is a romantic, intriguing and enticing addition to J. Kenner’s Stark series of novels and spinoffs. What began with a portrait and a million dollar offer in RELEASE ME book 1 has now blossomed into an erotic romance series where anyone with a close connection to our couple finds themselves with a story of their own. Stark After Dark is complete with 4 Awesome short stories to warm up your winter blues. It’s the ultimate Damien and Nikki guide. There is no such thing as “too much Damien Stark”. Author J. Kenner can write a novella each month and I will devour it like candy.
My Damien obsession started September 2013. After almost 3 years, it feels like I just completed book #3, Complete Me last week. When I saw all four novellas as an anthology, it was the perfect opportunity. With a bonus, it read as if it was Book #4 in the Stark Series.
This anthology delivers!! If you haven’t had the chance to read each novella separately and have been looking for an excuse to return to “Stark Universe”, Stark After Dark is your ticket! Each novella picks up from the previous ending. It’s so seamless, it reads as if the content was originally a full-length novel.
This anthology is perfect for fans who have made Damien Stark and Nikki Fairchild part of their book family. It’s insanely delicious and decadent with scorching hot sex scenes. Damien is still the DOM you can’t help but submit and surrender too.
Take Me, takes you through the journey of planning the perfect wedding fit for the future wife of Mr. Damien Stark. It also includes the angst of family meddling into Nikki’s perfect day!
Have Me centers around the perfect Honeymoon. Damien and Nikki don’t need a reason to get dirty and hedonistic. However, the sexy times are ramped up for their perfect wedding night and vacation.

With all the dripping hotness, the story manages to show a human and personal side outside the bedroom. Nikki and Damien love each other and they love and protect those around them. As usually, Damien refuses to let any distractions take away the happiness of Nikki and that includes making her friends happy and safe.

Take Me features Damien and Nikki making preparations for their impending nuptials, but meddlesome people present more problems than solutions, taking away the thrill for the already anxious bride. Have Me has the happy couple basking in marital bliss, but Damien's plans to make their honeymoon a memorable one for Nikki go awry when their privacy is inevitably invaded. Play My Game showcases the more playful yet romantic side of Damien and Nikki is more than willing to play his Valentine's Day-inspired game, hoping to reap rewards that only her husband can give her. Last but not the least, Seduce Me has Damien and Nikki perfecting their art of seduction, one that involves a bit of pretending and role playing, but the fun may be derailed when their pasts continue to hound them without a true end in sight.
Fellow fans of the Stark series will surely enjoy this anthology because it gives us glimpses into Damien and Nikki Stark's life after happily-ever-after. It's clear that someone doesn't think they deserve to spend the rest of their lives being in love and continuing to be successful in both their personal and professional endeavors. We don't get the answer to the question as to who is trying to cause problems for them, though there are any number of suspects out there. It makes me wonder if there could be another full-length novel in the offing for the Stark series, because I read the two other novellas that follow Seduce Me, and the blackmailing arc has yet to be resolved. Since this is a collection of four novellas, it feels like an extended novel in terms of length but I was able to finish it quite quickly. Stark After Dark gets 4.5 stars, rounded off to five stars. ♥

This the third book in this trilogy , but is easily read on its own without the other two books .
Nikki is days away from Marrying the love of her life Damien both of them have pasts that will have sets to destroy their future it is set to say that Nikki is stressed and everything is set against them getting married , Damien always seems to calm her down even with his dominating ways.
Nikki's Mother is first to wave that destroy her daughter's happiness as she feels that she should be marrying the billionaire not her daughter, but Nikki finds her strength to send her packing.
Dress shopping for her dress after she had found "the one" is proofing hard. Damian steps up to the task and tracks down her original dress the day before the wedding .
The big day doe not go with out a glitch as her mother managed to change all the wedding flowers to the flowers that Nikki hates but she rises above it to Marry the love of her life.
The honey starts of in paradise but then their travels takes them to Paris, where they are seen but the press leaving a very Private club. With all that is going on the press running stories that are trying to break up the happy couple on top of someone is blackmailing the an Nikki hold it together.
I found that this book was last like Fifty Shades of Grey and near,y every page had sexual content than the base line story but at the same time very easy to read.

Final Score - 5 Scorching FLAMES of Stars!!!
Nikki & Damien are BACK... still as freaky, still as ingenious as ever. Keeping those home-fires burning. Playing their little games. From the land of Honeymoons to settling in as newlyweds, they hopelessly still "in the bubble of love".
Of course, all god things must come to an end when they get back to the land of Reality, right?
Unfortunately, all too right! But they did manage to squeeze in some sexy time & games galore!
Yet, there is still blackmail, extortion, sex, lies, videotape to contend with. Just another day in the life of being Mrs. Damien Stark for poor Nikki.
I thoroughly enjoyed re-reading how these storied played out. Of course I have TONS of questions STILL, since the novellas had cliffhangers - but I know the author is building up for more stories!
And as always, one thing for sure is, Damien is not above doing anything in his power to both protect & cherish his wife and loved ones. Whoa mama!
One can't help but wonder... will I ever get tired or bored with reading it all? NAH!!!

Well, what a sizzler of a read. I am still fanning myself while gazing out my study's window at 2 feet of snow. Stark After Dark by J. Kenner has provided me with such a rush of exciting teasing, titillating erotic roller coaster ride which has me breathless with desire. Stark After Dark is an exciting, sensual read that is a keeper and a book that can be read more than once.
Ms. Kenner has her pen poised to hit all the sensory nerve centers in the human body. Whew!
The passion between her main characters Damien Stark and Nikki Fairchild is one that is capable of hypnotizing any reader into a trance like state of mind. It would not be a surprise if a reader or two would be starving and craving for a lover like Damien Stark. Damien is a powerful, skilled lover and protective of the woman he loves. He displays compassion, passion and something more intense but exactly what Nikki Fairchild needs.

Gah just when i thought my Damien addiction had been fed and was gone away, I get my handles on this little thing.. and there it is.. MY ADDICTION IS BACK. How can we not be addicted to Damien and Nikki?
