The idioms in this book are easy and can be used in everyday conversation. The sentences used are very clear and easy to understand. There are also exercises that will help you retain you learn.

Books for learning English expressions aren’t like this anymore. This book is more of a list. Way too basic-okay for beginners but really boring. Not worth the time.

Generally speaking, it is a light book that lists basic idioms each is followed by examples to show how to use it and after each lesson there is a time to practice with the exercises.
