This is a good book for grasping the mindset of a multiplying church. Churches can be set into three categories: subtracting, growing, and multiplying, and it takes purposeful aim and effort to become multiplying. Worthy read for any church leader.

BTW - 80% of the churches in the US are either shrinking or plateaued.

This book is a call to action for the Church to focus on Biblical discipleship that leads to such disciples going where God leads them. In this way individual churches grow and new churches are multiplied.

This book had some great ideas in regards to becoming a multiplicative church. There were a number of challenging practices, like planting your first new church before building your own building. Wow! Love the challenge and practical nature of the book.
