Marvelous collection!!!

This is a wonderful collection of stories. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the variety included in this collection. Two were well known to me and much loved: Courtney Milan's prequel to The Brothers Sinister series and Cindy Caldwell's story of Drake and Emmaline. I took time to reread Milan's series before reading the rest of these stories. I had also read Grace Burrows before and liked her work.

The rest were new authors to me. They wrote of widows, blue stockings, seductions, matchmakers, housekeepers, and men who needed women to love them for themselves.

A collection of some of the best book by some of the best historical authors

All of the stories are well written and memorable. Some are worth reading over and over again. Swoon-worthy rogues will win your heart as the pages sizzle with passion. These stories will captivate and satisfy.

A Lovely Collection of Happily Ever Afters

This collection of full length romances were varied in plots yet all contained excitement and adventure. Each hero was deemed to be handsome and chivalrous and each lady love flawless in her character and beauty in the eyes of her man.

I enjoyed the entire compilation.

I was not expecting this to be full novels, and enjoyed quite a few of them. Some where by authors I've never read mixed with a few I already had interest in. Definitely worth purchasing. There are some I felt like I won't bother to pick up again, and a few more I'm glad I got to read.

Some authors better than others. Some stories great, some not so. But it was a great introduction to one new author for me. Because of this book, I will be reading an entire new series [The Dukes of War] by Erica Ridley.
