4 star review of Take A Chance On Me (A New Adult Billionaire Romance) by Caia Fox
I have read several books by Caia Fox and really enjoy her writing style. Although a quick read, it is a stand-alone with great sexual chemistry, romance and at times angst.
Ryan doesn’t trust easily, thanks to a manipulative and vengeful ex-wife Eloise. Julianne struggles to make ends meet, supporting not only herself but her sister Trish and her son Ben who is currently in hospital.
This book was set in Edinburgh which was a nice departure from the books I have read recently. It was also an interesting premise. Ryan is touring the hotels he owns, trying to determine the 3 that he will give to his ex-wife to meet the terms of his late uncle’s will. Julianne is the acting manager of one of those hotels and he is intrigued by her when he returns to the hotel to start the process of handling the hotel over. What Ryan doesn’t count on is his feelings for Julianne.
I could relate to the characters easily, although I was at times frustrated by their lack of communication. I did feel that the ending was a tad rushed; I really wanted to learn more about Ryan and Julianne together as a committed couple, not to mention her sister Trish and Trish’s son Ben.
Having said that, it was a fun and enjoyable read and I look forward to reading more from Caia Fox.

Julianne is not looking for a rich rescuer but she is definitely attracted to Ryan as soon as she sees him in the hotel she helps manage. Ryan is there to secretly observe the hotel he owns and determine if he will keep it.The speaks fly between them but sparks can also burn and hurt.
Neither of them has had happy past relationships. Julianne is wary of letting of letting him in and the things she hears about him don't make her any less cautious, Ryan has focused on fun nights since his divorce and Julianne makes him want more.
The author does a great job of creating characters that feel real and are fun to hang out with. I like that Julianne is a strong woman and doesn't settle for less than she deserves. She works hard and expects respect.

He's handsome but looks are deceiving and this one has trouble written all over him. she learned her lesson long ago. Okay maybe just soon enough to know better now before it happens again. she needs this job and will prove saving it would be beneficial for his business and her livelihood. A poisonous snake comes in to make sure she now none of her exceptions will come to fruition and makes he life miserable as she can.
I've read a couple of this authors books and she has never disappointed me.

This was a very interesting story that had me hooked from the first page. I loved both Julianne and Ryan, and how much they had in common with having been burned by love in the past. They were both damaged, yet they were the perfect people to help the other one heal, and have a chance of being happy. It was interesting seeing them grow closer and how their relationship developed.
I really appreciate that there was no cheating in the book, because that's one of the top things that can ruin a book for me (tied with one of the characters being a widow/widower, and/or a character I like being killed off. It's just a personal preference of mine), Also bonus points for there not being a cliffhanger. I also really loved the HEA, which was very cute, and made me happy for Julianne and Ryan.

Of course, this is another winner for Caia Fox. Ryan has inherited his uncle's large number of hotels, but according to his uncle's will he has to give three of them to his ex wife, so he is touring his hotels trying to decide which ones to give her. Julianne is assistant manager of his hotel in Edinburgh, and she needs her job immensely, because she is not only supporting herself, but is also supporting her sister and her five year old son that has Leukemia. Ryan and Julianne have instant chemistry, but is he going to give her hotel to his ex wife, and go back to New York leaving her jobless. There are lots of twists and turns in this book, but without giving away too much information, I really liked their last plan, which I was not expecting. I received this book from the author in return for an honest review, and I highly recommend it.

This is a short love story about Ryan and Julianne. Julianne is the ‘temporary’ hotel manager and Ryan is the new owner who wants to give this hotel over to his ex-wife as part of an estate settlement. Except Ryan has become interested in the acting manager and starts to worry about her welfare. As Ryan and Julianne, both of whom have been burned previously, start to explore a relationship who should show up but Eloise, the evil ex-wife. Between the three of them they manage to really stir things up before the end. Speaking of ends, there is a scene with consensual spanking done as part of passionate love. It is done very tastefully and adds to the story. This is a quick read and enjoyable.

I one of those trips around the world he met Julianne, she is the manager assistant in his hotel in Edinburgh, and when he tell want is coming and she is upset he can help himself, he need to help her in anyway possible.
When all those late nights walking her home he realise that she is what he wants he goes for it, but have to deal with the after math of it when his ex wants to claw her paws on him again.
Its a sweet story, their are great together. really liked this book!

I got this in exchange for an honest review, I am a fan of this author and love her work I liked this book a lot it was very well written the flow was great so was the plot and story line I liked the main characters Julianne and Ryan they meet because of a certain reason and things start to develop in a nice way I liked how their relationship started nicely it developed first by attraction then interaction then emotional then physical I liked the fact that their were first emotional connection rather then dive directly into sexual lust it was nice and I enjoyed a sweet romance I recommend this to everyone

This was a sweet romantic read. Ryan is now running the family hotel empire his uncle left him, but his ex wife is trying to mess things up for him. He meets Julianne, who is running one of the hotels he's thinking of letting his ex have, and she throws a wrench into that idea. Ryan is drawn to her in ways he's never been with other women. Can they make things work or will things come crashing down? I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait for the next one to read by Caia.

Read for an honest review
Okay read. Took a long time to really get interested in. Characters were okay. Really for me a little ho hum. Kind of like I could take them or leave them. I kind of felt the pace needed picking up in some places. It never seem to mesh. It jumped from present to a few weeks later, then would settle down and drag. I liked the story, even though it was predictable, I thought it had the potential to be really good.

For honest review. Julianne and Ryan story. While checking out of his own hotels ,trying figure out what three hotels to give his ex-wife .he falls for Julianne. I found this story fun to read. I like how the characters work together and figured out a plane and stayed true to each other even when things had to take different turn.

So sweet! I really enjoyed this sweet romance. Great characters and storyline. You have the sweet buildup to romance, the bad pasts, the bitter - to put it mildly - ex and other twists and turns that go along with a well written story. Hard to put down once you start reading. Would recommend.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I love Caia Fox! I am addicted to her books! They are all funny, sexy and hot! This one is set in Edinburgh and is very sweet in places as well as being smoking hot! If you like HEA then read this one!

Love the second time around
I really liked this story of second chances In love. Ryan and Julianne have been hurt in the past and are lucky to find each other, but being hurt in the past will they be able to trust. This is a sexy story worth reading, I recommend it!!!!!

I love her books. I always enjoy them as there is such a good story to her books always. These two make a bumpy journey to each other. It is one I recommend. One to curl up with but one you can't put down. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
