This is a cult running in the name of spirituality they exploit people in there centers there meditation is in no way different from hypnosis. So they are basically programming you to expand their cult in the name of meditation. If you go with science and scientific temperament there teachings won't stand. They believe dinosaurs were not there the world history and geography repeats itself in 5000 years while there are so many proofs out there that you can check to cross verify that the teachings are fake.

There was a point i was suffering in every relationship I had. Name it work place, home, friends every where. This series of sister shivani was a life saver for me. i listened to every episode at least 5 times and made nots. thank you sister Shivani
