Satisfied Reader
This was a first time read for me from this author and I enjoyed reading this book. I will definitely be looking for more of her work. Wise and Milan were a great couple he truly loved her. Jabari and Keem were snakes and got what they deserved. Adonnis and Carter and was all about business. I loved Carter and Selena. Melanie was so wrong for keeping secrets. I'm so glad that Amir had things figured out. I can't wait for pt.2 #FreeCarter

Good book
Milan and Wise was relationship goals. Ten years after being apart they got it together with the kids. Carter was a true brother. I loved his loyalty. Adonis was a true friend to Carter and Selena was Carter's down B.

Milan and Wise are the couple of the day. She should have been with him all along instead of wasting all those years with crazy Jabari. I'm so glad that he got what he deserved. Milan didn't play about her kids or her man, and he found that out the hard way. Sasha was a snake and needed to be dealt with. Carter is my book bae for today. I can't wait to read more about him.

Milan sure no how's to pick them. Jabari was crazy as hell, but I guess thats what happen when you become desperate. You do crazy stuff. That Wise he knew exactly what he wanted and he didn't stop until he got it. And that damn Milan she is crazy for real. She definitely don't play when it comes her man and her children.
