Personal Review: "How can we make Hot Rod feel as guilty as possible?" The writers, probably.
Comic did make me emotional... but I also find it funny how they were foreshadowing Hot Rod being a leader and a Prime and all that, and then the first thing he did was blow up an entire city. Yes, ik he did that because it's better than letting people suffer. It takes guts to do what he did, to offer someone a quick painless death at with your own hands (servos) instead of just letting them suffer but like... damn. No wonder he later becomes insecure about his role as a Prime.

-"You're the leader now, boy", Optimus Prime says to Hot Rod. Golly gosh gee, this couldn't be foreshadowing... could it be 🤔🤔🤔
-Megatron and Starscream just being IPad kids and watching the fight go down from their data pad, lmao. Megs says he didn't expect this from Zeta, Starscream tells him that he almost sounds impressed, and Megs tells him to watch it. Megatron says that he's much more interested in what Orion will do
-Megatron and Orion at some point in their past, probably: 👉👌 (I'm so sorry)
-More proof of Orion being a good leader: he made sure his team got to safety while making him (and Prowl but he can handle it) the bait. Zeta would NEVER. (Sentinel might've, but that's because he's murderous and is probably just itching for a reason to attack someone)
-Slinger: "Better that people die at our hands than be drained to serve Zeta's war machine."
Hot Rod: "I don't think I can... Primus, forgive me."
Hot Rod's/Rodimus Prime's Guilt List #1: BLOWING UP ALL OF NYON (he did it to save people, but still).
-"We might be beaten, but Zeta Prime will never have his victory." That quote combined with Hot Rod defeatedly looking at the ground makes me wanna kms/hj (it made me emotional). And SOMEHOW, Zeta survived all of that anyways 💀💀💀
-Zeta Prime beats Orion to a pulp. ALL THAT BLOWING UP NYON SHIT AND HE'S STILL ALIVE AND BEAT UP ORION. At least they stopped the vampiric weapon though 🤷♀️
