Christopher "Kit" Marlowe (baptised 26 February 1564) was an English dramatist, poet and translator of the Elizabethan era. The foremost Elizabethan tragedian next to William Shakespeare, he is known for his magnificent blank verse, his overreaching protagonists, and his own mysterious and untimely death.
I'm not very good at reading plays. I do like Marlowe, but I also know when something is dry. Dude was a cactus in a desert, wasn't he? Anyway, Faustus and Malta were groovy, I wanted Tamburlaine to be as awesome as its story was, and Eddie wasn't nearly h o m o e r o t i c enough but that was darn decent too. I'm glad I finally got around to reading these.
