So the whole premise of this book is that although the brain and your cognitive ability wanes with age, you are still able to keep your brain fit by constantly training and challenging it. At times I got really excited as I was unware of various brain boosters described throughout the book + there is an overall optimistic and energetic tone to the book and writing. It happily encourages you to trying new things, adopt new habits and to instil meaningful change. Being social I didn't realise benefits the brain immensely so guess I have to work on that.

This is truly the ultimate wellbeing guide to life and self-help book. The tips listed in this book will assist you achieve nothing but success.
