Brandy had the career of her dreams, only to realize her dreams had changed. Instead of being a fashion designer and buyer for a department store, she wanted to be a wife and mom. Earth has been contacted by an alien race in desperate need of women to continue their blood line, and Brandy can’t come up with a reason not to become an alien mail order bride — it’d get her precisely what she wanted.
A marriage of convenience is one thing — marrying an extremely well-endowed seven foot tall alien was another. When her new husband Orien turns out to own the largest clothing store chain on the planet, can Brandy figure out how to combine her past with her future?
Mail Order Bride: Brandy is a short & spicy sci-fi romance in the Love Across the Universe series. It is a 11,000 word stand-alone story, perfect for reading at a trip to the park!
I love that this sort of thing exists. And part of me was really surprised when I put "Alien mail Order Bride" into the GR search box, and I actually got 35 results. But then again, I'm not really *that* surprised...
Anyways, this was a cute story. Definitely short, so I was able to read this and its companion (Alien mail Order Bride: Alyssa) in less than an hour. I'd love for them to be longer - to see more of the developing relationship. The concept is both hilarious and fascinating.
And hopefully the third woman (Celia, I think?) will get her own story as well.
