Changed my world

I am so grateful for finding this program! I was really struggling to find any time in my day for myself. As a mother of 2 kids under the age of 3, all of my time and all of my day was about taking care of my babies. I desperately wanted to exercise again and relieve some of my stress. Since my youngest is worn in a carrier most of the day, this program was perfect for us! I now have more energy, less stress, and honestly a better attitude than I did before. I feel like I'm working out with a friend when I watch the videos every day. I'll be starting my 6th week of the program tomorrow since I like it so much and have seen such great results. I highly recommend that anyone struggling to have time for themselves, to give this program a try. You won't regret it!
