What a lovely book about decorator Bunny Williams' home in the Dominican Republic. Every detail was thought out. I can't imagine the amount of planning that went into the design. But what I loved most is that they send out invitations every year to all of their friends and family with available dates so that everyone can enjoy it together. A beautiful home and life.

What is this?
A biography? It is written as a biography. But it is not.
An architecture book? But dishes and fruits are more relevant for the photographers.
A coffee table book? The pictures are badly composed and uneven.
I have no idea what is this besides a badly structured ego trip.

This was a delight! The story, in both words and pictures, of how Bunny and her husband built a home with the intention of hosting. Their guests wrote excerpts about their experience of the house, which was really fun!
